His cell phone video shows that they were not parked in the middle of the road. The bumper of her car was up against the pile of snow that was in the street, along the curb. The snow piles which are made after a snowplow came through limit the amount of road available but the back of her car was up against them. As we have all seen and discussed, there was plenty of room for a car to pass her in the street. She did in fact have to cut her wheel to the right in order to get her car around his, as his silver truck/SUV was in fact blocking her from pulling straight out.

Her car is parked across the entire lane when he gets out of the vehicle. She the proceeds to back up out of the lane as he walking around the vehicle. The pile of snow and curb line were over six feet away. The only way a car was able to pas would be to go into the other lane, so yes she was blocking the road and had been before they even showed up. And there was no vehicle blocking her from pulling straight out. The Truck was off to her left and the other vehicle was off to her right.

Easy to prevent that reaction - Don't have a drawn gun pointed at a car in broad daylight when there are no fugitives in the car, only two housewives and no threat.

Why was his gun drawn? Is that standard? When outside the vehicle gun drawn at all times?

And why was he stopping them?

I offer that ICE guy NO GRACE and I am known as too reasonable to my family and friends.

I just saw his background - he is very seasoned and there is absolutley no excuse for any of it happening.
He put two more bullets into her head from the side of the vehicle thru her drivers side window. That was intentional. I said it yesterday and I will say it again his emboldened ego pulling the trigger.
No way this woman was getting the better of him. He is the worst of us.

He's a loose cannon and a danger to the community on top of being a murderer. He lacks the emotional intelligence to gauge situations and deescalate them.

I am on the other side of the country and I get angrier by the day about this situation.

The victim here is Renee not the ICE guy. He did not even have the humnity or common decency to stay with the scene- he knew he needed damage control and he got out of there before anyone could question him.

I'm not convinced that the footage is entirely real. The officer that shoots is in the yellow circle. He draws with his right hand, so he's probably right handed. He probably holds his phone in his right hand as well.

Are we to believe that he was filming with his left hand and shooting with his right hand?

I see why you are cautious about AI, its everywhere these days, but this post is just a reply to your question as to using his left hand for his phone.
As I read this post, I am currently doing so with my phone held in my left hand, and I am right handed. There is nothing currently in my right hand. Just an observation.

Also I agree he wasn’t circling her car with his gun drawn, however if he was originally filming with his right hand, he then had to make a conscious decision to move his cell phone to his left hand so that he could use his right hand to draw his weapon and fire. He does this as Renee’s wife is telling him to leave and go get lunch. Her wife is trying to get back in the vehicle so they can leave and that is when he goes to draw his weapon and put his phone in his left hand. He had time to decide to move his cell phone so that he could get his gun.

He didn't have his gun drawn until the last second before shooting her. He wasn't walking around the vehicle with it drawn and pointed at her. Him drawing his weapon was a reflex action when the car started moving forward towards where he was.

He wasn't stopping them. They had stopped in the middle of the road before ICE even showed up according to other footage with CNN stating it was parked across the road for about 3 mins.

None of these means I support the shooting, just pointing out whats on all the different videos out there

And again, why would drawing a weapon and firing do anything other than kill the driver and create further risk to the public with an uncontrolled car? If that’s his reflex, it only reinforces what I said before...the man is deeply disturbed and lacks adequate training. JMO.

An ICE car had just zoomed past the front of her car just prior to the shooting. There was another car directly to her right, so she backed up to get a better angle to move out of there. She was in no way trying to block the road, and was actually being aware of ICE vehicles, attempting to stay out of their way. There are many videos now to see all this if you don't believe me.

I can agree with you that she is parked perpendicular to the street which can create a traffic issue but to me, blocking the road implies that no other cars can get by. Since we saw cars go past her and she was waving them by, I guess we have to agree to disagree on the definition of blocking a street. It’s also been discussed that this road is actually a 1 way street, I forget the post number.

He had time to purposely make a decision to draw his weapon and fire at her instead of stepping out of the way.
It's not his reflexes that betrayed him but his judgement.

Or perhaps, could be they were told by superiors to "light a fire under things" and told no worries you will not be held accountable. So he had himself a free pass. He did walk away like a guy without a care.

Whatever the reason - he executed her and it would be foolidh on ICE's part to ever allow him back
out on the streets, even when the Feds inevitably find him "not at fault".

Actually he starts to draw his gun right when the reverse light goes out - so when she takes it out of reverse and puts it in drive. The other guy is blocking him so you only can see his elbow/arm flexing before you see the gun.

I said he moved his phone to his left hand at that point. By the time he rounded the front of her vehicle; his hand was already drawing his weapon as it’s just a split second later that he’s shooting her.

Actually the newly released video proves he shot her FIRST, then her car accelerates because he killed her and she no longer had control of the vehicle, because she was dead or dying. But that wasn't enough for Mr. Ross, he had to chase her and shoot her two more times.
