I said he moved his phone to his left hand at that point. By the time he rounded the front of her vehicle; his hand was already drawing his weapon as it’s just a split second later that he’s shooting her.

Having his hand on his weapon and drawing it are two different things. He doesn't start to draw until he hears/sees the front times spin momentarily and the vehicle starts to move towards him.

Actually he starts to draw his gun right when the reverse light goes out - so when she takes it out of reverse and puts it in drive. The other guy is blocking him so you only can see his elbow/arm flexing before you see the gun.

Red arrows: there is a white line along the middle of the road.
Renee's vehicle is over that white line (middle of the road).

Yellow circles indicate

• officer pulling weapon,
• another officer with arm in driver's side window,
• no back up lights. Vehicle is moving forward

Straight yellow line indicates edge of vehicle. Officer appears to be in front of the vehicle when he pulls his weapon.

In all seriousness, how are we still arguing over what took place here? The video, from the killer's cell phone, lays it all out for us. This was cold-blooded murder. He was not in any danger whatsoever. She did NOT try nor succeed in injuring him in any way, except maybe his ego. He shot her in cold blood. This was murder 1, folks. It's very clear from his own video. And even worse, he had the nerve (before going crying to his boss) to call her a " " after he took her life.

No wonder the FBI cut out state investigators. We need justice for Renee and this <modsnip: Name calling> needs to be a prison for the rest of his worthless life.

That is exactly what multiple citizen witnesses have said. He was holding his phone with his left hand and recording, and he pulled the gun with his right hand.

I assumed that officers were not allowed to use their phones and guns at the same time for safety reasons ... body cameras instead. I guess not.

It's worth considering how the officer could be both run over (apparently needing hospital treatment) and able to discharge 3 shots, all of which appear to hit the victim or at the very least close to her. Both can not be true imo.

Here is a copy of the policy, stating that ICE agents are allowed and encouraged to use body cameras.

I’m not sure why no body cameras were being used in this situation and he was filming on his cell phone instead. Actually I have a few ideas but I will keep them to myself.

She didn't accelerate towards him. The acceleration happened the moment he shot her. His cell phone video shows that very clearly.

If her foot was on the brake at the moment she was shot, it would have remained on the brake after she was shot.

Her foot was on the accelerator because after she was shot, she accelerated.

He was out of line walking around the car and recording everything with his cell. If they are there to protect they should have stayed out of the way of vehicles and directed traffic. They should have worn body cams and just let those do the work.

Him walking around like a tough guy recording plates and people was antagonistic. He made himself the star of the show and then he murdered a woman. Thank god her dog wasn’t hit (assuming he wasn’t) and that her kid wasn’t in the car.
