If her foot was on the brake at the moment she was shot, it would have remained on the brake after she was shot.

Her foot was on the accelerator because after she was shot, she accelerated.
If she’s actively depressing the brake, what makes you think her body wouldn’t relax after being incapacitated? Why would her foot stay with full pressure on the brake? It makes more sense to me that after losing consciousness, her body relaxed and she stopped pressing the brake.

I have always liked reading Orwell:

- "If Comrade Napoleon says it, it must be right," - George Orwell

- "Boxer and clover Could be brainwashed into believing whatever the pigs tell them because they are known as the most clever." - George Orwell

Now, the "comrades" have imitated the same communist group thought as before along the lines of: The ICE agent must be at fault, because to be at fault, one must be an ICE agent.

I encourage all to resist this trend. The comrades can be refuted with their right arguments:

Several of them would have protested if they could have found the right arguments.”
― George Orwell
Old post of mine:

Reminds me of when the Russia Olympics were about to begin and reporters from around the world were reporting about the deplorable conditions of the athlete accommodations. A reporter was interviewing a big-wig from the Russian government, told him that everyone had seen the pictures ... and the Russian official very quickly said "No you didn't".

We believe our eyes and our ears. ICE agent is guilty because he's guilty. Resist what trend? To use our brains?

Here is a copy of the policy, stating that ICE agents are allowed and encouraged to use body cameras.

I’m not sure why no body cameras were being used in this situation and he was filming on his cell phone instead. Actually I have a few ideas but I will keep them to myself.

ICE (and DOJ) had some issues with bodycam footage being requested by a Federal judge in Illinois. I think it has a fair bit to do with it.

As this killer ICE person was "a leader", a 10-year employee, he should have had a bodycam. imo

This is a little bit about the Illinois case I mentioned. It doesn't go into all of it, as it is spread over multiple weeks. For those who are interested.

Her foot was on the accelerator because after she was shot, she accelerated.

I don't think that is necessarily correct.

She was shot from the front then the left, she likely slumped to the right, her foot also could have slid to the furthest right point as her body weight shifted.

But we will never know, because she is dead, and her car is gone - and it doesn't seem that any crime scene photos were taken prior to removing Renee from the vehicle (or not that I am aware of).

Funny that, I have that uncanny ability to keep my foot above the accelerator pedal, to be able to immediately accelerate when it's needed. I imagine it would be quite difficult to hold the foot in this position after being shot in the face... 🤔

After being shot in the head, how on earth could her brain still control her muscles to keep her foot on the brake? Come on.

The last and clear command that I heard was: Get out of the car.
And yet, she’s shot before she could even try to follow that command. It’s within 10 seconds of someone shouting that at her that she’s shot. And she’s also been told to leave the area and move her car. Hence the confusion in the entire situation.

Renee Nicole Good’s wife screams ‘drive baby, drive’ just seconds before ICE agent shoots her in dramatic footage taken from his phone

“You wanna come at us? I say go get yourself some lunch, big boy. Go ahead,” Rebecca sneers at Ross while filming on her own phone outside the car.

Rebecca then tries to get back into the passenger side, as an agent orders, “Get out of the f–king car” and Renee backs up.

As the car is in motion, Rebecca, who is still out of the car, can be heard shouting, “drive, baby, drive, drive” before Renee peels off and clips Ross, prompting him to open fire.

This is pure fiction. The NY Post should be ashamed of itself.

Witnesses say that agents were giving conflicting commands. Multiple witnesses stated agents told her to leave.

“Some of them were leaving, and they just went around her, but ICE gave her orders to leave, while at the same time, another ICE person said, ‘Get out of the car,’ and he reached for her door handle. And then there was an ICE agent in front of her vehicle. So it was difficult for her to leave, as she'd been ordered to do,” Callenson said.

...
Heller said she heard ICE agents telling the driver, a woman, to “get out of here.”

IMO they didn't have the authority to command her to exit her vehicle. She was not the subject of their investigation and was a US citizen. Just because the current administration has opted to weaponize what are basically troops against American citizens doesn't make it lawful or just.

She was clearly trying to move her car, aka follow ICE orders before the other ICE jack* rolls up, jumps out of the vehicle and tells her something completely different. Keystone cops.

No....

Resist the group trend that claims the ICE agent was never in front of her car (selective picture submitted to "prove it"), that postulates theories about the car's mechanics might require fast accelerating, that the officers approached her pointing guns, and claims that ICE agents have no authority over US citizens- thus command to get out of the car was invalid. etc.

Her wife was not the driver of the vehicle nor was she the person shot. Completely irrelevant.

If the implication here is that the agent was somehow flustered by the wife, maybe he never should have been an agent at all.

And, Renee never clipped the [mod ship name calling]

I wonder how many of the people who are blaming her for her death would say the opposite if the administration had said the shooter was at fault?

Her vehicle accelerates and slams into the parked car. It does not roll forward. The only way that could happen is that her foot was on the accelerator when she was shot.

The could not. The car would have then accelerated slowly using residual power from the idling engine. But.... the car accelerated very rapidly.

I think that Renee and her partner fully expected to be able to drive away, but that they would get a visit from ICE later.
Judging by Rebecca's comment on video <modsnip: name calling> that their license plates would still be the same when ICE visited them later that day.

imo
