It’s a small part of the entirety. I’m sure all the little things will be scrutinized. imo
No they will not if the federal government gets their way. They do not want it to be scrutinized.

I believe it's been widely reported that agents carried Good to EMTs when they arrived.
It wasn’t agents carrying Good, it was EMS workers carrying her. I just posted a YouTube video showing this. It’s not ICE agents carrying her body, it’s the medics who responded to the emergency

The agents knew that there wasn't a child in the car. It's documented that these women were harassing LE all day. LE had taken the license plate number earlier. You can hear Becca telling an agent that they didn't switch plates since earlier (when they went over to jot down the info). The latest released video is the best angle to see and hear all the parties, IMO. Until viewing this footage, I didn't even know there was a dog in the car. The officer giving commands can clearly see that there is not a child in the car.
What exactly are you saying here? Renee deserved to die? If that's what you believe, please explain why.

Here is a video of the EMS workers having to carry Renee’s body down the street because they were unable to get their ambulance or a stretcher close enough to her car to render aid to her.

That is horrific

Is there a link to support your statement? There is video footage of the EMTs carrying Renee away.

Renee Nicole Good’s wife screams ‘drive baby, drive’ just seconds before ICE agent shoots her in dramatic footage taken from his phone

“You wanna come at us? I say go get yourself some lunch, big boy. Go ahead,” Rebecca sneers at Ross while filming on her own phone outside the car.

Rebecca then tries to get back into the passenger side, as an agent orders, “Get out of the f–king car” and Renee backs up.

As the car is in motion, Rebecca, who is still out of the car, can be heard shouting, “drive, baby, drive, drive” before Renee peels off and clips Ross, prompting him to open fire.
It is shocking that the NY post indeed said the victim clipped the murderer. That is simply not true. The murderer was unprovoked. Shocking that the post did such shoddy reporting.

So she deserved to be murdered for what you think you see?

Is this 1939 Germany?🤬
You’re reading something into my comment that is just not there. <modsnip: off topic>

I didn't say that. I was stating fact. The original poster said there could have been a child in that car.

Martinez was also accused of having boxed in immigration agents with her car in an early October incident on Chicago's South West side before a Border Patrol agent shot her five times. She was charged with assaulting federal immigration agents but Martinez denied allegations that she was a threat. By mid-November, the case fell apart and prosecutors asked that the charges be dismissed.

I believe witness statements indicate that it was only one or two cars, one of which was stuck. A group got wind of them being there, thought they were there for a raid, and came out to protest and/or observe. I’d guess more arrived after that as back up once the crowd started forming. Not sure if the stuck vehicle was related to the High School raid or not. Not sure if the shooter was in the stuck car or arrived as back up.
Those statements don't seem to jive with what CNN was reporting last night. They said her vehicle was stationary and across the road for about three minutes before the shooting happened. There is one clip floating around that appears to be from the same video they show which shows the SUV pulling up, stopping, someone getting it and then pulling perpendicular in to the road. There is a white truck on the side of the road in the clip but it jumps forward and that vehicle drives past her.

Blocking the road is considered obstructing. imo

She was not blocking the road. The murderer drove past her. He was out of the way. He was in no way obstructed.

IMO

I think what he experienced here would seem minor compared to the reactions ICE must encounter frequently. He should act professionally and know how to respond appropriately. There was clearly no professionalism on display in this case.
Indeed. The wife was not breaking any laws. She is entitled to speak in public. It is appalling that a person can be so fragile that he will take a life because he was told to take a lunch break, and not even shoot the person who said that. It's appalling such a man is allowed to own a gun, let alone use it professionally.

The victim is the victim is the victim. Talking about HER behavior disparagingly is just trying to blame her for being murdered. She didn't pull the trigger. It turns out that she was far more innocent than simply not breaking any laws. She actually had superior deescalation skills than her murderer. But he couldn't stop himself. He had to kill her, in front of her wife and many other traumatized witnesses, and he and his coworkers had to forcibly reject medical aid.

I disagree with the thought ICE doesn’t have authority here. They are federal LE and have authority to control a scene , issue safety related commands and prevent interference with a federal operation regardless of protest status. Being a protester does not give you immunity from laws or lawful orders. Authority stops mattering the moment a vehicle accelerated towards the agent. IMO

Control what scene? They were protesting and she was observing. Three minutes she was sitting there. She was not obstructing. If she was, they wouldn't have been able to move around her. They have no authority to order her out of the car. They can tell her to leave, sure. But they have no authority to arrest her or detain her unless she's part of their operation or actively interfering, which she was not. They can issue a command, and they did -- contradictory commands. But to then shoot her?!? And people are defending this with the line "you should do what LE tells you to?" That makes no sense to me.

MOO.

There are bad officers out there who create the situations leading to injuries

Yes, and one of them is Jonathan Ross.

I’m thankful for LE for putting themselves in harm’s way to keep us safe. Maybe look into that man he was trying to arrest. imo
None of us are safe with these untrained hate filled brown shirt fools with weapons
