I think most of us know why aid was refused... she was shot in the head after all. :(
But wouldn't the officer (the one we see walking after he shot a civilian) so hurt he needed hospitalization?? If ICE didn't want the murdered victim to receive medical attention, didn't they care about their fellow officer??

Trump posted:
“It is hard to believe he is alive, but [he] is now recovering in the hospital” – Trump’s Truth Social post.

If we strip away all the politics, the opinions about the legitimacy of ICE, the emotions, the history, and just look at the facts ...

We have three officers. Two arrive and one orders the woman to get out of her vehicle. It doesn't matter why they did that, it must matters that it happened.

The woman did not get out of her vehicle. She chose to ignore the officers. It's well known that refusing to listen to an officer will escalate the situation.

While she was backing up her vehicle, one of the officers walked in front of her vehicle and towards the other two officers.

While that officer was walking in front of her vehicle, she reversed direction and started accelerating, spinning her front tires on the ice. He interpreted that decision as a threat. He reacted by pulling his weapon and aiming it at her. She didn't stop. He shot her.

Her vehicle continued in the direction she was steering and crashed into a parked vehicle with force.

Take away the noise, and what's left? Officers told a woman to do something, she refused, the situation escalated, the officer believed he was threatened, and we know how it ended.
You forgot that also know for sure that ICE guy shot twice through the drivers window after he was clear of danger, which to me is the equivalent of shooting someone in the back after they are fleeing the scene.

We also know for sure that ICE guy could quite easily have been facing murder charge if any of his bullets missed their target and killed one of the innocent bystanders on the sidewalk right behind the vehicle.
The same bystanders that ICE guy clearly knew were there because he had just walked right past them when he was behind the vehicle just 10 seconds before discharging his weapon.

A deceased person's actions before a police shooting can never be questioned?
Of course they can be, but people are pointing to innocuous actions rather than anything that would be significant enough to justify lethal force.

I'm sure she could have been dressed more modestly. /S

He also could have easily shot the other ICE agent standing at her car right next to him. That officer seemed genuinely surprised at the shots and jumped back and flinched when Ross started shooting.

I respect you and most of your posts but seriously how was Ross professional in any way? He called her an "f...... b...." after shooting her! And she was not even being rude to him really, not that that would justify anything.
I haven't heard that. Is it in the new video released by the officer? It's not in original video released yesterday.

Why are you consistently ignoring the multiple witnesses reporting that other officers telling her to leave?
I haven't heard that on video. I have only heard the officer tell her to get out of the vehicle.

How is the legitimacy of ICE *as it is currently operating* not to be considered? Twenty years ago, I had a job where part of my initial script was to identify myself in Spanish as NOT ICE and legally prohibited from reporting to ICE. The people I worked among were sufficiently commonly undocumented that this was deemed necessary. But I never actually saw ICE in three years of working in the field in rural areas with large ag production facilities. They were not running around in groups waving weapons and yelling at people. And now they are. Operational directives have, imo, changed significantly, and questioning that is relevant.

I beg to differ.

ICE officials ask her to move her vehicle. another gets out of his vehicle, grabbing her car door, demanding she get out, so she decides to comply with the order to move on. She did NOT deserved to be KILLED for this. It was a minor protest that didn't take much to convince her to move on. No other law enforcement agency would have handled this in this extreme way, IMO. Balance of risk was ignored. Balance of law was ignored. Three shots in the face was over the top. Telling others to decline aid was unforgivable (even though we know she was very likely beyond saving at the point.)

Law enforcement officials have a duty to be on balance for the benefit of society. There was none of that in his case. A non-aggressive woman was shot for protesting. JMO.

And I know you thought he was 'hit' by the vehicle, but I haven't seen that despite looking for it. It took him less than a second to be around the side of her slowly moving vehicle to shoot her in the face through the side window. If she was pressing on the gas hard he wouldn't have had time to do that. If he was "hit" by the vehicle it wouldn't have been more than a nudge after he stepped in front to prevent her from leaving. All JMO.
FWIW I think most LE in the US use non-lethal methods to disperse crowds/protestors- flash bangs, tear gas, rubber bullets. this went straight to "bullets to the brain." Also, I have been road stopped by some stern and even somewhat nasty LE but they never cursed at me with expletives.

The first time he broke a window and stuck his arm inside it.
The first time ... is that related to this shooting, or about another incident?

Oh, I'm sure all the bystanders were domestic terrorists too

Yes, it’s in the cell phone footage released today. I would definitely recommend watching it with sound. It’s been posted earlier in this thread but it’s also easily found on Google as all news outlets are now reporting it.

I assume the video on the ICE shooter's phone has been posted here? The thread is moving so fast. The look on the driver's face and the words she spoke to the officer just made the whole shooting seem even more unwarranted. To put it mildly!

Yes.

So you just ignore multiple witnesses?

He was triggered by women speaking to him boldly.

The telling piece was after he SHOT MORE THAN ONCE, including a SHOT TO A CIVILIAN'S HEAD, he called her a b****.

And after he murdered a civilian, he walked away. Then fled.

That is not professionalism. That is not self-control. That is not following training. That is triggered.

Officers are trained to deal with hecklers. I have watched many live protests throughout the US in the past few years. Officers take a lot of abuse and never respond emotionally. I doubt he was upset by a 'bold woman'.

When officer training kicks in, it's shoot to kill.

After the shooting, he would have self-reported and followed orders.

Minneapolis ICE shooting live updates: New video shows different vantage point

ABC News has obtained a cellphone video showing the moments leading up to the shooting of Renee Good in her vehicle and through the shots being fired from a different vantage point.

In the video, Good can be heard saying, "That's fine, dude, I'm not mad at you," as the ICE agent walks around filming her vehicle in the road. A dog can be seen in the backseat.
She's smiling at him.

It's in the video released today. You have to keep watching after the shots. She drives off and crashes and he mutters (very clearly) "🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬" before the video cuts out.
