You can see the wheels changed direction because the driver was trying to turn around in order to drive away. You can also see the shooter, approaching the car from the front (therefore creating that potentially dangerous situation) and then shooting at the car while not being in front of it, not even in a distance to be, say, clipped by the side of it.

How can anyone claim self defence after seeing that is beyond my comprehension.

Being so close to her car, if he had been in front of it, if she had gunned the engine, if the wheels were pointed towards him, he would have been completely run over despite killing her. It's clear he was to one side when he shot.

Citizens have the right to protest government actions. She wasn't in the middle of anything, she was watching ICE agents drive by.

Early on it was stated the additional Agents were called to the scene of the protesters obstructing and blocking the road.
It really would help to get the whole picture of what leads up to this chain of events resulting in Good trying to escape from the scene.

Good was not trying to escape the scene. She was not a suspect, nobody had any right to detain her. She was just an American citizen who had recently dropped off one of her three children at school with her dog in her back seat and a glove box filled with stuffed animals.

She was free to go.

Ross shot her three times with no official justification.

Ross killed her, and could have hurt others.

Then, ROSS escaped the scene. I am disappointed local authorities did not come in and arrest him suspected of murder.

Choosing to deal with immigration with force, violence, and intimidation rather than legislation (such as the bipartisan border security bill which was blocked in 2024) is akin to our now apparent foreign policy of force, violence, and intimidation of even our allies rather than diplomacy. Sad times.

Anyone can protest from a distance. If she had been a block or even half a block away, not blocking the street with her car this wouldn't have happened. That's what I mean by "in the middle".

Everyone has a right to protest. No one has a right to impede or obstruct law enforcement operations.

The agents were past her and went back on foot to confront her. Why? When their car was past her, how did going back to confront her further their mission to detain people here illegally?

And coupled with HIS cell phone footage (him taping and moving all the way around the stationary car, from passenger's side, to driver's side, to back license plates), he intentionally positioned himself toward the front to get a clean shot. Premeditated, which by law can happen in a split second. JMO

Portland avenue is one way, the wheels were turned because she pulled the vehicle horizontally across the lane. She turned the wheel right to go in the direction of traffic.

ICE enforces civil immigration laws. If there are lawful protests that require LE, local LE works on keeping the protest safe and legal. ICE doesn't have jurisdiction over protesting local citizens.
