I don't want to argue the definition of racism. But I don't think hatred is in the definition. Most definitions talk about racial superiority.

Fear of.
Feeling superior over.

All the above.

Things Cops, Doctors, Nurses, EMT's should not have. It puts lives at risk and spits in the face of liberty and justice for all

Sure. I would expect those paid by the public to not say racist things about portions of the public online.

Certainly wouldn't want the snowplow driver to feel superior to me.

The snowplow driver can feel anyway he wants to, but acting on his feelings (including posting online) is wrong. Of course, he’d be a better person if he worked at rooting racist thoughts and feelings out of his mind and heart. There is absolutely no reason to feel superior to anyone, let alone because they were born with a different skin color.
