Sounds like they think it's her but it's not official yet:

According to the Forsyth Police Department news release, Chief Forensic Pathologist Dr. K. Norton says the female death was caused by self-inflicted strangulation.

In addition, the news release says "the official identity of the victim is pending dental comparison with those of Amanda Hillhouse's dental records".

A account set up for her has been recently updated; not sure if it's an allowable MSM source so if you just search for an account under Amanda's name there are 2 updates one of which confirms the details from Taney County Sheriff to the family.
