The St. Louis County Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 4615 Behlmann Farms Blvd, St. Louis, MOat 7:30 PM on 03/11/2019.

Missing Is: Andre C Walker a black, male age 27

The endangered missing person: Andre C Walker, is a black, male, age 27, hgt 5' 9", 190 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, medium complexion, wearing black coat, black shirt, gray sweatpants, and gray shoes.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident: Walker departed his residence on foot in an unknown direction and has not been heard from since. Walker is diagnosed with bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, and suffers from seizures and a traumatic brain injury, and is without necessary medication.
