An Endangered Person Advisory was issued Friday for a missing woman in Black Jack.

According to police, Miller is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, which requires her to take medication during the morning and night.

Missing Alert: Please help us locate 34-year-old Angela Miller. An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for her.

She was last seen leaving her residence at approximately 6:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the 4900 block of Parker Road in North St. Louis County. She was traveling on foot toward Old Halls Ferry Road.

Ms. Miller is 5’5”, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a purple shirt with a teddy bear on it and black shorts.

Ms. Miller has a mental health diagnosis that requires daily medication.
