This is my nephew he has the following known tattoos

~Armor on one shoulder
~Celtic symbol on the other shoulder
~Joker Card on shoulder blade with "Why So Serious?"
~Firemen's Crest on his chest with "ERJ"
~"Imbedded" style broken pocket watch on wrist
~Toe tag style tattoo on his foot

He's dearly loved and missed. He cut contact with all family and skipped out on his probation (from my understanding he was taking a shipment of marijuana across the US with another guy who took the bulk of the charges willingly so my nephew would only get probation) fleeing from Washington back to Missouri. For a while he kept contact with several known friends until he just disappeared without a word and that's when his parents decided to contact the police and report him as a missing person and no one has heard of him or from him since.

This was my best friend for years, and I was somebody he was in contact with when he fled to Missouri. Shortly after, we were not in contact anymore and have not seen or heard of him since he went missing. He has a tattoo on the back of his neck that is a bar code.
