If he owns more than one home on the street and is renting out the one(s) he doesn't live in, is there a way to find that out? A license or something he would need to do that?

It appears that the property records and parcel maps are on a pay site. I am unable to find a free site.

Here's hoping and praying that little BreeAnn is found today. May God bring comfort to her family.

Wondergirl had found some spokeo info regarding the addresses. Not sure if it will help:

Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community - View Single Post - MO MO - Breeann Rodriguez, 3, Senath, 6 August 2011 - #3

Spokeo shows Shawn D Morgan at 118 Ode Johnson St. without a historical occupancy listing.

Spokeo shows Shawn S Morgan at 119 Ode Johnson St. with a 7 year occupancy listing.

Both entries show him married to his wife.

FWIW

I wonder where he lived prior to Samanth?

Where is the info/rumors coming from that he and his wife were separated? I have come across that a few times but not sure if it was here, or elsewhere...
Also, do we know if he in fact owns a white van? Or if maybe he was the one who told LE he had seen a white van, and when they discovered he was their suspect, they called off the search for a white van?

I was thinking the same thing, that maybe he was the one to mention about seeing a white van in the area in the days prior to throw off the investigation.

Wonder if any of the unclaimed from other addresses (seems like he's had quite a few) are unclaimed security deposits or something?

I see the homes in the links and I can't see the house numbers at all but one home has a silver truck and a small open trailer beside it (119?) and the home across the street has a dark SUV and a small silver car in the port(118?). Of course, the photos may be old and the addresses could be off.

I wonder which day he is going to court, today or tomorrow????

MSM has been reporting Tues Aug 16 at 9am

ETA: e.g.:

Sokoloff said that Morgan is being held at the Dunklin County Justice Center awaiting a court date that has been set for Tuesday, August 16. Dunklin County Circuit Judge John C. Spielman issued a no bond order in the case against Morgan who will appear in court at approximately 9 a.m., on the charges against him.

I didn't say he has security cameras on his house. Please re-read my posts on the subject.

The rumors are being brought over here from FB and Topix.

I want solid information. I hope we get some from the hearing tomorrow.

In my opinion, in this type of situation, the perp should have more charges thrown at him, for not telling where the body is!

They need to come up with some new name for the charges: withholding evidence of body location. It's a CRIME not to allow LE to find the person, and bring them home for a proper burial.

There is a charge called "abuse of a corpse." I don't know if this charge can be used for the above situation, however.

Agreed! Failure to Reveal Truthful Location of Missing Person. Something like that so it also covers cases where the victim may be alive.

Agree this could be used on at least half of the missing person cases

How about water boarding or thumb vices? Oh, wait that's illegal... DARN :)

Just took a peek at the Help Find Breeann f/b page. I just have to say that people really should learn to use proper grammar/punctuation when posting. Run on sentences and misspellings drive me nuts.

Sorry, just had to get that off my chest. Moving on...
