If he took her into his house, there should be a kidnapping charge, I think...that would be holding her against her will...?

3-yr old on a pool ladder sounds awfully familiar...:(

So she went into his backyard according to him? Is it possible she played with his kids when his wife was there, and she thought they might be out back in the pool? Does he maybe dislike Latinos and has been keeping all this bottled up, but since his wife and kids weren't home he flipped out?

I believe he MUST have some type of anger issues if the bomb threat is true. And I personally believe that it is, because others seemed to recall that incident as well and this guy just gives me the creeps. Something about his stance in that photo where he is wearing a red shirt just sends chills up my spine. That whole "what a weirdo" vibe you know?

And if it's true he worked Saturday night then does that mean she was at his house or in his trunk the WHOLE day until he drove to work?? Because I can't see him taking her somewhere while the street was crawling with LE. I seriously hope that is not the case. While everyone is out looking for her on ATVs and are frantically calling for her, the possibility that she was there the whole time makes me want to vomit!!

So, he threw the disassembled bike away into the river. But the training wheels he put in the field ?? Did he forget them ?

I believe he had probably been "grooming " her, that she had been to his pool before. MOO It is quite clever and cunning to state that she just came into HIS yard, and it made him angry... Interesting... If she is not found soon.it may be difficult to tell if she was raped and/or assaulted... And then he is off the hook for sexual assault... MOO

Anyone know why the Probable Cause Affadavit goes from #2 to #4 -- where is #3 and what does it say?

After re-reading and some thought... this story is BS..MOO. This little girl would not have been on the pool ladder or looking to use the pool. She was fully dressed, and since she did a lot of self care, she would have been aware that she needed her swimsuit to go into the pool. MOO The alleged killer seems like a lying shmuck.MOO

But why the pool ladder story if not true? Why not just say she was in my yard? What difference does it make and surely they could check for her prints/DNA?

I wonder if he invited her into the yard to use the pool.

He's making it up as he goes along, I guess. Makes no sense. He wasn't charged with kidnapping because I don't think LE can prove he kidnapped her versus Breeann wandering off on her own. Hopefully they will get more evidence to prove it.

I wouldn't take this monster's word for anything.

If he obstructed her from leaving, that is kidnapping. So angry at this lying, 🤬🤬🤬, snake in the grass, btard!!!

Another precious baby taken before her life truly began...

That's what I think. He used the pool as a lure.

I looks like it was left blank and there is more info that the public can't know about yet. JMO

I'm convinced he coerced her into the back yard. My gut just tells me there's no way she wandered there for a look-see.

He needs an explanation for why she was on his property so used the pool as a lure or a reason for why she was there. JMO and I think he is lying.

My now 4 yr old would not go to someones house and climb up the ladder. But my friends son, who is the same age, just turned 4, he would. Children are so different. My friends sons curiosity is played out. Also searching for new things. If he is not being watched he could easily wander and be in someone else's yard.

I am going to have to go with he's a serial killer or pedophile, and that the prosecutor is just waiting for her body to be found to add on abduction/kidnapping and molestation/rape charges, because whereas he admitted murdering her, he wouldn't admit molesting/raping her, and they need evidence to charge.

Poor, poor baby. And my God, her poor parents. :(

And everybody else in that whole area better be showing their kids - boys as well as girls - his picture and asking them if he ever bothered them in any way.

By the way I would think we would have other charges here as well on this guy. What about kidnapping (he carried her into his house) and what about abuse of a corpse (he disposed of her body). If I'm not mistaken every state has a corpse abuse law. Can't find one from MO, but here in OH we have like four charges that fall under corpse abuse. We have abuse of a corpse and gross abuse of a corpse (quoted below) and then we have I think aggravated abuse of a corpse (if someone disfigures or dismembers a corpse - which they can also be charged with tampering with evidence in this case as well) and then of course there's necrophilia.

Under existing law, a person commits the offense of abuse of a corpse if the person, unless authorized by law, treats a human corpse in a way that the person knows would outrage reasonable family sensibilities.

A person commits the offense of gross abuse of a corpse if the person, unless authorized by law, treats a human corpse in a way that would outrage reasonable community sensibilities.

I am just not buying the pool incident at this time. This is a statement based on what SM "alleges" happened, however, this just may not be the solid facts.

I truly believe Breeann was suffocated, perhaps with the trash bag and placed somewhere, but not buying the pool incident.

BBM - My first thought when reading about the pool ladder. You know the little bit of truth in every lie! Doesn't mean she ever made it to the pool, just the 🤬🤬🤬 thinking about it as an excuse! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Kidnapping charges may follow, which would make it a capital crime in most states...

#3 is not in the pdf and #4 states - I beleive that the defendant would not appear in court...for the following reasons:

....and there are no reasons listed.
