Update on the divorce. She already filed one on 9/7/11 and it was served 9/10 to Shawn in jail by the Sheriff. Why another temp one, maybe something else came up? hmm Still no attorney for Shawn.

Last night I was going through court dockets and there's pages of Shawn Morgan, no middle intitial dockets. Many said I didn't have permission to view and were removed. I'm not sure if it's this SM but some might be. You need to go to the link and search by name. Different counties are listed on some and some are criminal charges, RO's etc..Again, it may be someone else but I just don't think he just came out of nowhere & did this to little Breeann. jmo

I hope now that SM has an attorney (PD) the buccal swab will be done. Not sure if it has or hasn't but the way his docket reads and the law, until he had representation, he might have been able to refuse one. Child without molestation and his story of her climbing on the ladder to pool, just isn't adding up yet. Not that I want it to be that what so ever. Such a sad case and the loss of a precious little girl. May her family know many care for them at this sad time.

Yes, that is exactly why. Alyssa Bustamante started out with a PD then was upgraded to a DP-qualified team. And then they decided not to pursue DP.

According to the Dunklin County Prosecutor's Office, Shawn Morgan appeared in court with his attorney's from the Capital Unit of the Public Defender's Office in Columbia. The case was set for a preliminary hearing to be held on November 7 at 1:30pm.

According to reports, Morgan's wife, Tonya filed with the courts a petition to dissolve her marriage to Morgan on Sept. 6, 2011.. Also filed that day was a proposed parenting plan and a certificate of inability to pay costs, fees, and expenses.

So glad to know that his spouse is not standing by his side; or putting on blinders.

Such a sad - terrible - senseless case. Thinking about you beautiful little Breeann. R.I.P. Sweetheart

The decision of the court found that the marriage was irretrievably broken and the divorce was granted. Morgan's wife has been granted sole custody of their three minor children and Shawn Morgan is ordered to pay a sum of $1,433 per month in child support. Child support should begin 30 days following his release from incarceration. Support payments are ordered to FSPC. A further decision by the court was that Morgan has no rights of visitation with his children.

No visitation with his children is great; however, he better not EVER get out!!

November 7th for the prelimanary hearing. I hope it will be a live feed...tho I doubt it. LE has never released a motive...and although I'd like to hear what sick reasoning his warped mind conjured up, he deserves to spend the rest of his days locked away. Prayers for his family and I pray his kids will get past this. I'm so sorry little doll Breeann you crossed paths with this sick, evil man. Thoughts and prayers to the Rodriguez's also. How tragic and senseless for all the holes he created in so many hearts.

MOVANS just sent me an email tonight to tell me Shawn has his prelim hearing on Nov. 7th. That's different than when Vinelink usually updates you. You either get that info the day before or during their transfer. This is the second update sent in the past two weeks, so maybe they are moving him about. I hope so. Just update his docket to read he's had the buccal swab and all will be fine with me.
