GUILTY MO - Dale Oxman for child pornography, Joplin, 2009

Dale Oxman of Arkansas left some child pornography on his mother-in-laws laptop. Brilliant. MIL turned that right over to the cops in Joplin, MO.

Now Joplin must be the place to be to cop a plea. A Judge sentenced Oxman to five years in prison, but thanks to the plea is allowing him to do five years probation. How's that work?
