Many of these articles speak of one infant being buried "on an Indian reservation in Oklahoma." It sounds like we have dozens. Actually, there's only one remaining, that of the Osage Nation. (Tribes which once had reservations are now part of Oklahoma Tribal Statistical Areas - we have 29 of those, but they involve concentrations of Native American peoples in towns, cities and the countryside, and not land per se.) So, if accurate, that narrows it down quite a bit, where that poor baby must be buried. (Although Osage Nation's reservation does cover 1.47 million acres of land.)

Rinehart incest-murder case goes to jury

The jury is out in the Rinehart incest case.
The defendant, Danial Rinehart, opted not to testify in his own defense against allegations of his incestuous relationship with a teenaged daughter.
His actions produced four babies, only one of which survived.
His attorney called no witnesses, and after closing arguments, the jury retired at 11:45 a.m.
The prosecutions final witness, Teresa Carmichael, Cass County Sheriffs Department detective, testified that a search of Rineharts jail cell eight months after his arrest turned up a letter he had written to his daughter.
To my feonsay, I love you a hole bunch, it began. In it, he made a reference to her having his baby.

Update: 2:30 p.m.: A Cass County jury has found Danial Rinehart, 49, guilty on all counts of second-degree murder, statutory rape and two counts each of incest, child endangerment and abandonment of a corpse. KansasCity.com will have more details shortly.

This whole case is so terriable and unforgiving. To add insult to injury he didn't even have the guts and concern enough to plead GUILTY to any of the charges, as the DNA would have proven the allegations alone to spare his daughter the pain of the trial. That 
made her relive it and he sat there and let her relive it...cold brutal heartless ...

Despite prosecutors evidence showing Danials sexual obsession with his daughter, Gallup testified that Danial was a good man who did not deserve a maximum sentence.
Instead, he hinted that Ashley had a role.

There were a lot of variables in it, Gallup said. Like I was telling you, she could have said no.
how can anyone eat or sleep after saying a child could have "said no".:furious: :furious:
