Oh this makes me sick. It'll be 7 YEARS in October that this sorry scum Defendant has been awaiting trial. No excuse for this. Get her behind to trial, Darnell deserves justice.

I knew she was in jail awaiting trial when I said get her 'behind' to trial - I meant get her bum to trial, no more delays.

I can see her trying to pull an insanity defense. Every Halloween I think of Darnell She needs to pay the price for her actions and that sweet child needs justice.

The order says that she is in the custody of the Department of Mental Health until further hearing (which isn't listed yet)
