Nevermind, I see it in your post above. Thank you!

If the person who posted the information is the son of the man who killed Dixie, his frustration is somewhat understandable. He claims to have reached out to local LE. He was a young kid when he claims to have witnessed her death. Hopefully his story can be verified. If his story is accurate, it would have been a traumatic experience.

I wonder if any local reporters would be interested in looking into the story?
Local and looking into this case. Will check back in when I can.

If THEY WILL!

If you believe that, send it to the Highway Patrol & the Attorney General's office.

The AG supervises al LE in the state, and will call on the MSHP to investigate if need be.

I don't know where I got this idea, but for some reason I feel like she may have been transferred or dumped in Texas? No one would be looking for her there. I know these days that people are being trafficked from state to state, like commodities. Maybe that wasn't as prevalent in the older days? Or maybe she never left Springfield? With the age of this case, it would take like a deathbed confession or a jailhouse snitch informant, or divine intervention to get answers. Arkansas and Oklahoma are current hotbeds of missing people as well. These are just my hunches. Thanks for reading my rant!
