Sorry I dont understand. What they did was illegal and they were arrested. Are you saying the previous prosecutor would have not had them arrested? Do you have a link that says the previous person claims they wouldnt have charged them?

I am glad they are arrested. I dont think anyone wouldnt have arrested them.
