Eboney Booker, 24, was last seen about 8:30 p.m. Aug. 6 in the 300 block of Wedge Drive in Dellwood.
Booker has several mental health diagnoses and does not have her medication with her, police said.
She is just over 5 feet tall, with a heavy build, black hair, brown eyes and medium complexion.
