The car was just found.

I would like to know where exactly on that small street the car was.

Got my police scanner app on for St. Louis City PD

Just checking in to catch up on Ebony.

This case keeps getting stranger and stranger.

I'm not seeing any indication of the name of the "friend" or if this is a friend from Oklahoma or Illinois/Missouri?

What's more likely to happen next?

1. Ebony found.

Does anyone know if Colorado or Oklahoma (still not completely sure where her tags were from) requires you to have a front license plate?

Colorado only legally requires a rear license plate. However, they do issue two plates, so most people put plates on front and rear.

Only a rear plate in OK.

I am assuming that CP is the baby's biological father. But what happens if he isn't? Does the baby remain in state custody or will they try and find a family member. I feel badly for CP, he seems to be crazy about that little guy.

With the license plate being removed...I think number 2, but locals have said this is a high crime area; so, if someone saw the condemnation notice on it, stealing the plate or plates would be a possibility too, but I would also expect all 4 hubcaps to be gone, not just one.

ETA: I wonder if the condemnation notice had the plate number written on it or just the VIN.

The fact that she left him a note, and he was the last to see her, makes me very nervous, knowing how that usually pans out.

Has he been completely ruled out yet?

  • #393
Make that, last to see her before the trip.

  • #394
Yeah, why would only one hubcap be gone if the car were hit just by petty thieves... :waitasec:

No word on Mr. Prom, I don't think. Am assuming he showed up for DNA test establishing paternity.

I believe the home in which the vehicle was parked has the condemnation notice.

I was really hoping she took off some where rather than the other options. The fact that her car was found makes me very nervous.

That's how I read that also. Especially since it was followed with the abandoned homes comment.
