That's true, but they did say Elizabeth was aquainted with the child didn't they. Was just a theory. I can't find the ages for Jasmines children, but I have seen how her family has been trying to find her, along with pictures of her and her children. I am pretty sure they had nothing to do with it. Just throwing it out there.

I had read a post earlier that stated Elizabeth was sent home from her friend's. That just made me think that there was some kind of disagreement between Elizabeth and her friend. It would not surprise me if the suspect is the older sibling of the friend. I know when I was a kid, I was acquainted with my sister's friends but I didn't really know them. My friends would not ever be able to say they knew my sister either, they may have seen her coming and going but they never really interacted with her (4 years difference between me and my sister).

I do have some questions here about the friend's house. Were the friends parents home at the time Elizabeth was there or was it possible that this 15 year old was babysitting at the time?

I had to check just what "physical evidence" is. Here's a wiki:

"In a murder trial for example (or a civil trial for assault), the physical evidence might include DNA left by the attacker on the victim's body, the body itself, the weapon used, pieces of carpet spattered with blood, or casts of footprints or tire prints found at the scene of the crime."

I have a hunch he/she will be charged as an adult. Unless they are mentally challenged or something like that.

I thought she went home because it was getting dark and close to supper time. I don't think she was sent home for misbehaving. I could be wrong, but I've not read anything about an argument with her friends.

Another possibility, maybe they found a threatening note in Elizabeth's book bag or other personal belongings. Maybe they found it in her school desk? If such a note exists, that note alone would show premeditation and this 15 year old would most definitely be tried as an adult.

Or maybe the 15-year-old was asked to walk Elizabeth home? I don't let the friends of my younger children walk home alone. If I can't walk with them, I send my teenage daughter. Just a thought.

Yes, it is fact that Elizabeth's dad was the #1 POI in Jasmine's case. She was set to testify the next week against him and others for dealing Meth.
