MISSING PERSON: Gene Foster last seen on 1/29/2019 at about 3:45PM, driving a yellow Ford Escape with MO Lic. FD9X0Y. He usually wears a KU baseball cap. He has dementia and may not be aware of where he is. If seen call 911 immediately Or Missing Persons Section at 816-234-5136
