Without even getting into a discussion of people on the street, some were in their homes or backyards if I remember correctly.

Ok, to clarify, people who lived right there on the street where the looting, arson, gunfire and bottled-urine -throwing was happening,---they are going to sue the cops, for trying to quell the violence with tear gas? If they were standing in their yards, oh well, that's on them.

I was holed up in the middle of my locked bathroom floor with 2 babies when the rioters were going nuts outside my door. I would have WELCOMED tear gas cannisters showering my street. And I wouldnt have been out in my yard while it happened either.

both the prosecutor's office and judge are aware, prosecutor's office is investigating, judge may talk to grand jurors individually, and the twitter account owner has spoken to authorities. As pointed out before she did not say a grand juror had spoken with her about the case. They know who she is and who the grand jurors are and can investigate connections and communication between them if needed. The tweet did not say that was a grand juror's opinion. Many or all grand jurors may currently hold the opinion that there isn't enough to indict yet. As mcculloch stated, they're still hearing evidence. And there are mechanisms in place to remove and/or replace a grand juror if needed. It's ironic that those in the family's camp have complained about the process taking too long, and now want to start over and impanel a new grand jury. Just more posturing, imo.

Someone needs to download all of these livefeeds. I think some are going to go poof. We have seen how many of these 'peaceful' protests have gone down. And some of the individuals and their actions. The cops have recorded a lot too.
