It is so frustrating hearing some of the logic being used. Like the guy saying it could have happened to 'any black person' just walking home from the store. NO. not unless that person bumrushes a cop and punches him, and tries to take his gun....

The clergy were on the sidewalk. The protesters knelt behind them so some were in the street but not the middle of the street.

So the cops warned them almost 10 minutes ago that they would be subject to arrest if the didn;t get out of the road. Some are still in the road and now they are singing hymns? After just chanting they want Darren Wilson dead?
