Jennings PD was not dissolved by any Federal action. City voted to contract out for services. - McCulloch

Not at all the impression I got when I first heard about this.

wow - that last caller :puke:

“Ever since the website was hacked, it’s been hard to get information up & out to people.” -councilman s/o to Anon lol. #FergusonTownHall

This is what I theorized yesterday.

To refresh on the Anonymous attacks:

While some of these requests were made in writing, many requests were made verbally due to the fact that the City’s website and email were down at several points during that week.

That team member, who declined to be identified but said he was out of the country, said the core Ferguson operation is run by about a half-dozen Anonymous operatives, invited by St. Louis activists, with thousands of “Anons” from about 75 different countries “joining in to help.”

“Anonymous,” a group of “Hacktivists,” hacked the City of Ferguson’s website Sunday night.

According to officials, none of the city’s e-mails were working Monday morning.

Online hacker group Anonymous is taking credit for temporarily taking down the city of Ferguson’s website.

On Sunday, the group spoke out about the case, making a threat to harm local police data bases if they mishandle the protests.

They caused the city’s web servers to crash, forcing officials to communicate by text.

The Internet crashed at City Hall here on Tuesday morning. Ferguson’s website went dark. The phones died.

And this is why the cops don't want to wear their name tags. Last night, just like every night, the protestors were yelling at the cops, OFFICER, WHERE IS YOUR NAME TAG!

Normally, police will complete the investigation, which is pretty much done, transcribe witness statements, get together all of the reports, photographs, and once it's complete, then you present a few witnesses and the lead investigator.

It's not uncommon that you speak to one witness which leads you to another and you go out and speak to that person.

Both McCulloch paraphrases

wow - these 2 ladies on StL Public Radio are pi$$ed about the effects of the protesters - especially about the Farmer's Market (I am pretty pi$$ed about it, too, 'cause I used to go there !!! then go to Ferguson Brewery !!!)

But he responded calmly and logically to that hateful invective. :thumb:

There is no amnesty for ad valorem taxes, school taxes, business taxes, sales taxes, inheritance taxes, etc!!!
Government needs funds to operate & we the people have to ante-up our share. I have a huge problem with forgiving fines. Unlike the previously mentioned "donations", fines can be avoided. All you have to do is abide by the law.

IMHO he's a pro!!! He put the pro in prosecutor  StL politics is something else & I am blessed to get to experience the nuttiness

Her father was a Black Panther. So that might have had something to do with her upbringing.

Nadal said her father was. Don't recall anything about Nasheed's father being one?

I don't like people who commit crimes, whether they are doctors or lawyers. - McCulloch

He also said something about expecting demonstrations or unrest (can't remember exact wording) no matter which way the grand jury decides.

Prosecutor Bob McCulloch says that no police report has been filed yet regarding shooting of Michael Brown - says PD still collecting info

"Nothing is ever as simple as it might look," - Bob McCulloch, saying that witnesses have different versions of Michael Brown shooting

I believe he also said other prosecutors, too -- can't wait for this to be available at NPR.org

Yes, he talked a lot about how all prosecutors do their jobs, and addressed the special prosecutor question well.
