Yeah 10, but his lawyer said she was sure she heard 11, so IDK.
I have no idea, but there is pause b/w 1 and then the second set 12345. Then I think I heard a very slight pause between the 1 and the 234 of the second set.
FERGUSON, Mo. — It was 1 a.m. and Michael Brown Jr. called his father, his voice trembling. He had seen something overpowering. In the thick gray clouds that lingered from a passing storm this past June, he made out an angel. And he saw Satan chasing the angel and the angel running into the face of God. Mr. Brown was a prankster, so his father and stepmother chuckled at first.
“No, no, Dad! No!” the elder Mr. Brown remembered his son protesting. “I’m serious.”
And the black teenager from this suburb of St. Louis, who had just graduated from high school, sent his father and stepmother a picture of the sky from his cellphone. “Now I believe,” he told them.=======================================================
I don't know about anyone else, but sounds to me like he was trippin or rollin...just saying.....
Also, his lies are forcing the cop to be looking at a murder case. So because he does not want to admit to everything, he is proudly, loudly, accusing the cop of murder. And he KNOWS that MB was the one who blindsided the cop. He knows it. But he is going on al these news shows with his attorney telling a made up fairytale version of the story. n
Sorry, not going to give him a pass for that.
Anyway, it is looking like this audio tape will be valuable after all.
I am really having trouble understanding how MB is considered a crime victim in the classic sense. Based on official information released by St Louis County Police, prior to being shot, MB assaulted OW and attempted to grab his gun. These are felonies. He also violently robbed a store - another felony.
If we are to believe these official accounts by St Louis County Police - MB was a fleeing felon when he was shot and killed by OW. Every day felons are killed trying to flee arrest and yet we don't consider them victims. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the Boston bombers, was killed fleeing police and no one would ever consider him a victim (granted his crimes were far worse than strong-arm robbery or assaulting an officer). Of course MB was a victim of his own decisions and actions but I don't see him as a crime victim.
So 10?
Do you think the first 1 is the one at the car?
Where did I miss that at? When did DJ say he knows that MB blindsided the cop? Or is that just the position you're advancing?
Tamerlan Tsarnaev was actually run over by his brother as that brother was fleeing.
idk, I counted 10 shots...wish i had better speakers
Yes he was run over by his brother AFTER being shot multiple times by police.

I don't think the first shot we hear is at the car, do you? I don't think there's enough time after that first pause to run around the car to pursue MB with the rest of the shots. imo.
.
But he was trying to blow up the police, so it's understandable they shot at him. And Wikipedia is not considered a credible link.
I'm not sure what happened in this case. As far as I know, MB charged officer Wilson after he had assaulted him in the police vehicle. That would make this a justifiable police shooting to me.
If MB didn't assault officer Wilson at any time and was merely walking back after fleeing the scene, then I would have some doubts about this being a justifiable police shooting.
I need more evidence before I'm certain about this case. At the same time, I haven't seen clear evidence that says Wilson acted inappropriately. The eyewitness statements are not consistent or believable to me. JMO.
I'm still a bit off kilter, so forgive me if I'm missing the obvious, (and nobody get mad at me, please! :scared: ), but the only thing that I found interesting is the lack of voices. (except for the happy chatter dude)
I would think that the shots could have drowned them out, but I'm not hearing anything during the momentary pause.
