Just a note-- it's not up to Dr. Case to "release" her autopsy. The LE investigators determine when that report will be available for FOIA request, and that probably won't be until after the GJ returns their decision. If there is an indictment, the autopsy may not be released until after trial.

Thanks, I am aware of this but I understand your need to make it clear for those who may take my use of the word release as evidence of some nefarious coverup.

Wilson must have been justified in shooting Brown. If Brown was a threat, that would justify the shooting. Therefore Brown was a threat even when he was running away.

The logic is backwards, but that type of thinking is all too common.

What is clear is that Brown's alleged crimes are being exaggerated. Shoving the store clerk and stealing cigars is the kind of crime that seldom results in a jail sentence unless the perpetrator has a prior record.

Slugging a police officer is more serious, but even that does not always result in a jail sentence. Neither of these crimes are even close to capital offenses. But you might not know that from reading this thread.

But trying to take an officers loaded weapon takes it to a whole nother level

All the shots were on the front of the diagram. There is no evidence by Ms. Case that proves for certain all the shots, specifically the ones on his hands and arms were delivered while Michael Brown was facing Officer Wilson. There were four shots, most likely taken once MB turned back towards OW. However, 6 shots hit MB and some of those shots most likely were hit when Brown was fleeing.

Check the media thread for a post that makes it clear IMO that the wound to the hand was from the struggle with the gun. This is from the words of the Brown family attorney, Parks.

When the media released the short summary by Dr Case, the phrase was that all shots came "*from* the front," not just "to."

IIRC, that was also he terminology used by Baden in his presser, and it was the, uh, *cough* assistant who brought in the possibility that one of the grazes on the forearm could possibly have come from the back.

Personally, if the hand from the gun in the car, and 4 others from the front, I don't care if one grazed his forearm from the back. There are too many more problems, cited and demonstrated here ad nauseam, with the witness statements put forth by the Crump and Shahid machine. IMO

As I have stated before I don't know what happened & have not made up my mind if the shooting was justified. I only give witnesses that saw the interaction any credibility as witnesses. I mentioned in one of the earlier threads that I felt shooting at MB as he fled was problematic for OW. I have a problem with posters that keep criticizing others for not believing the witnesses. I believe parts of what they say but have a hard time picturing what transpired especially when factoring in the audio tape & the shotstopper report. Maybe I'm just not as perceptive as y'all. Now a question for those that lean towards OW being unjustified in shooting at a fleeing MB.( you know who you are) IF OW had missed or only winged a fleeing MB that escaped or MB successfully surrendered after turning around do you think OW would be charged with a crime? Do you think he should be & if so what?

I'm admittedly slow today, but I'm not sure how anyone is getting to a "half a dozen" witnesses who counter ODW's version?

I see
Darian Johnson
Piaget
Tiffany
... Mike Brady, who I'm not sure about, but his statements have "evolved" too

Who am I missing?

If the DOJ had a video that showed OW doing anything illegal, he would be in :jail: right now. And Holder would be having a press conference.

Oh you better believe it! Absolutely

You forgot my all time favorite! The old woman being interviewed by the lady reporter...she claimed officer Wilson drove over Browns feet first....it just gets more amusing after that....

What I see all too common is ODW critics doing what the Supreme Court warned us to avoid doing, ie., judging decisions officers make on the spot like this, with 20/20 vision. A person doesn't have to have committed a capital offense to justify a lethal response by an officer.

And on a related note, let's not forget all the information we covered about reaction times, firing speed, and how fast a person can travel to you and kill you even after they are fatally shot.

If I am not mistaken, even among the witnesses who have gone media, most report the distance between ODW and MB when the final shot was fired to have been just a few steps away.

Is she the one that said OW never left the vehicle when he shot that baby?

^This. I think the fact that he's still only on paid leave speaks volumes about all the "evidence" so many cite as proof against him.

Lmao...no..different one!

The one I was talking about was on video...the reporters response was hilarious...
Wait....maybe she did say that too?
Are you talking about the lady on the radio call in show?

Here is the MO law concerning assaulting a police officer.

Assault in the First Degree Against Certain Victims

If the victim of an assault in the first degree is a law enforcement officer, corrections officer, emergency personnel (such as a firefighter, emergency room personnel or emergency medical technician), highway worker, or probation and parole officer, the crime is a Class A felony, regardless of what injury does or does not result from the offense.

http://www.criminaldefenselawyer.co...inal-offense/missouri-aggravated-assault-laws

So then it don't mean a good gosh darn if he had a broken orbital bone, or a slight swelling under the eye. Assault of a LEO is assault and it is indeed a Class A Felony. <mod snip>

What is the game plan for the protestor/looters if they don't get the end results that they believe in or want to hear?
What is their Plan B?
I'm not really sure I'm clear on their Plan A after listening to the chants of "OW dead".

But what will they do if the AG comes back that OW was justified based on the investigation?

What happens next?
