Did she just say she called when her car was stolen and they arrested her and her daughter?

I guess she had some warrants open. And her daughter, too.

Okay, I have another question. I know, I know.... If MB did have some charges against him regarding authority issues which were plead down in juvenal court and LE was aware of these charges would the fact that the judge is keeping them sealed have an impact on the GJ's decision. In other words, can the prosecutor say that they do not have access to the records therefore they cannot present them to the jury to show that MB was predisposed to not listening to authority figures, such as LE officers? Can the prosecutor just ignore the records or is he obligated to present those records to the GJ for them to consider?

Good question. I thought this ruling only kept them sealed from the media, but that was just my assumption.

I would definitely think the grand jury should have free access to them.

I'm beginning to get the impression they want no laws, police, or courts there.

Have at it.
Get the city to wall them in...

<modsnip> I will also be the first to say telling someone to get out of the street is complete BS. Not that that has anything to do with this case. And yes, I know, others disagree. Here, there isn't a day that goes by where kids aren't walking down the street, oftentimes right in front of cops on their way to school, and are never told to get out of the street.

Well, maybe someone should, starting with their parents. How rude.

And no white businesses. It's not the council peeps in need of diversity training.

If you'd like, you can add this quote to the record. :) You've done a great and helpful job keeping these things together for us! :thanks:

CUOMO: First, what that Michael Brown past as a juvenile? There's speculation that, oh, it's inaccurate to say that there's nothing there. It's only as an adult there's nothing there. Is there any truth to that, that he had altercations or any kind of record as a juvenile?

PARKS: Let me say -- I'll say this, Chris. He was a typical kid. He may have had some situations that may have occurred as a juvenile, but, you know, we need not to be at a point where we start to blame the victim for what he did.
I think this officer's background is the one in question, because his actions are the ones that took Michael Brown's life.

Update: The last speaker made no sense, but apparently he is a convicted felon, was shot twice by police and had a $50K bond. That's all I could understand.

Doesn't a single person in the audience know that these council members are voted in???? Can someone PLEASE explain that to them. They are clueless. It's really is kind of sad
