This collage wasn't my find, I will let you be the judge of it's value as a piece of evidence or rubbish. Obviously top two photos indicate the black car (I believe it's an older model Chevy Lumina, those who posted call it a Monte Carlo, but my often failing memory thought the Monte didn't come in four doors, the equivalent Lumina did) belongs to Tiffany Mitchell. The second two photos are screen grabs from Piaget's video. You'll notice the car behind the SUV pulling into the driveway looks like the same car in the first two photos. My contribution to this is to nail down that the car is pulling into the lot at 12:11p and the first proof of Tiffany being in Piaget's apartment was when Piaget was filming the cop placing the sheet on the body about 12:16p.

Piaget said on her CNN interview, that she 'and her boss' were watching the whole thing from her balcony. Could that be true? I don't see how if Tiffany was just pulling up in her car.

I asked this the other day and forgive me if I'm just not recalling the answer. Would the results of the forensics even be shared with OW at the GJ stage? I know a prosecuting attorney has a duty to disclose evidence during the pendency of a case, but does that begin during the GJ phase as well? Otherwise, OW has no reason to know either way if his version is backed up by the forensics or other evidence. That is, unless the prosecuting attorney's office is providing them information they don't normally provide the average defendant/suspect/subject of investigation/fill in the term.

Two different groups totalling seven people, charged with failure to disperse, were arrested in Ferguson this morning at approximately 1:30am. Five out of the seven people were released this morning at 7am. The Legal Support Team picked the arrestees up from the Buzz Westfall Justice Center in Clayton and received the following report of how arrests happened last night.

Because sometimes there is no forensic evidence there, even though a hand touched something or someone is bloodied, they may not always leave traces. I have read it happens.

So, I hope they have more witnesses.

This apt complex is subsidized. 99 percent is AA. Upon moving in, they know it's a high-crime area. There is looting, robberies, property damage, nightly gunfire (complete with doors with bullet holes), car theft, drunks and druggies ect ect ect and they are what, USPET WITH THE POLICE??? How dare the police come into the area and profile us! The police are so overpowering! How dare they not be on a first name basis! How dare they not give us a ride home on snowy nights <-this one messes me up LOL

My thought, and forgive me for being a moron, I, as a citizen in those apts, would take issue with all the thugs that cause the problems not the cops who are trying to stop it!

Whoever stole the common sense, please give it back!

What to Expect:

Thousands of leaders from around the country will arrive in Ferguson on October 9th – 10th. Hands Up United will hold direct action trainings and identify leaders for demonstrations planned for October 11th and October 13th.

On Saturday, October 11th there will be a large mobilization march. We expect very large numbers for this march and your participation is key to making this happen.

On Oct 12, we will be having faith meetings and final preparations will be made for distributed actions which will take place on Monday Oct 13th.

On Monday, October 13th we will conduct civil disobedience and major demonstrations at significant targets.
