Silly question. The police have confirmed he is dead, dozens of witnesses and family to. No one who saw OW's injuries have actually described them on the record. Jackson described them- but as we know he says he did not see the injuries at all. Interesting he distanced himself that way.

I'm still confused after watching the aborted video. The dude with the backpack who stood in front of the Honda CRV was an intern of this politician? Was he the only one arrested? And who was doing the abysmal filming before he seemed to suddenly disappear?

And she admits through the tweet that the other man sitting on the hood of this person's car is one of her "guys". So there were two interns out there protesting?

I'm not sure he was arrested. They were saying the man in the SUV was arrested for attempted vehicular homicide. At the time the intern was in the street being disruptive someone else was filming. So this appears to have been a group event. Very :fishy: jmo

Just watched it again. So RIDICULOUS. Here is this middle aged white man. Maybe more like in his 50's. And he is in his car, alone, at a red light. And suddenly his car is swarmed by about a dozen protestors, right up against his hood, windows, front of vehicle. And they are chanting and screaming. As the light turns green, he SLOWLY INCHES FORWARD. Barely taps those up against his car, and they GO WILD, screaming, taking pictures, yelling for the cops! And he seems to panic at that point, and makes a quick turn to try and escape, and then all we see is the camera falls and the cameraman yells "SERIOUSLY? " and then says the driver ran him over. He obviously did not 'run him over'---but maybe he bumped him---But the hysteria and over the top dramatics were pathetic. THEY STARTED THE ENTIRE INCIDENT BY SURROUNDING THE POOR GUY FOR NO REASON!

Actually, Lamby, I was acquainted with the brother of a young student who was an intern for a U.S. senator, decades ago. We took a trip back east to D.C. and saw him. For students interested in public service and government, an internship can be an excellent opportunity. Much depends on the politician, though--cough. The student is taking cues from her or him. And in that way, I guess the politician is a teacher.
