If anyone cannot see a pattern here they are willfully BLIND!!!

It is time to call in the national guard in this town. Enough with the "peaceful protests" and "civil disobedience." Call in the national guard and the first person to make one false move gets arrested.

:banghead:

ITA. They need to declare martial law and start arresting these people left and right. They've tried patience and understanding. It doesn't work. The only thing these people understand is force.

What does the law say??? Are you supposed to surrender to this? People in the road blocking your way?? Honestly? How is it that none of these people were arrested other than backpack guy??

  • #103
Mustafa is the guy that films all of this.

  • #104
Thanks for that pic, sonjay. Those people are evil imo.

  • #105
Yep. Even though they had their hands up in surrender. He just ran 'em down in cold blood, in broad daylight.

For no reason

Mike Brown livestream guy lost the caravan he was following, and said he was taking a shortcut and was going to come back live. I cannot get him livestreaming now? Has anyone got back on live?

Nope...I wouldn't be surprised if this guy manages to get himself arrested. What a joke. If they arrest the man in the car, I think I might just pack up my car and head down to Ferguson!

  • #107
And the Razzie award for worst actor in an overly dramatic presentation is.....Backpack Guy!!

Is the road-blocking a ploy to get Nixon to call in the NG again? If Nixon does that, wasn't there discussion that that would provide him another opening to replace McCulloch?

OK, just finished rewatching both videos. (I had only seen the second one before).

I saw the protesters in the streets, including the bald white guy with backpack.

I saw them blocking the man in the black small suv, and their reaction to his nudging them out of their way.

Crowd goes wild about being run over, getting his license plate... Crawling over the vehicle as if to hold him for the police for running them over (Lmao)

**And the bald white backpack dude...
First, double - hand smacks down on the hood of the black SUV

A bit later, he punches and kicks in at the door. **

So police come. Crowd points to guy who run them over, says they have video to prove it.

As a cop waits for the video, other cops are talking to the driver, still seated in his suv.

NEXT video:

Cops still talking to SUV driver.

Cops arrest the bald white backpack dude.

Crowd screaming that bald dude didn't do nothing.

White bald dude acts like a drama queen in agony because the officer's, while being mobbed, are holding his arms behind his back.

Officers get the white, bald, backpack carrying, SUV attacking guy arrested.

So the Tweeters who said that the cops arrested someone for running them over was dreaming.

The suv guy, who might have nudged them probably not only is in no trouble, but could press charges on bald dude.

Those were no small hits he delivered to the SUV.

I haven't seen any video, but supposedly they put suv guy in the police transport van. If so, possibly just to get him away from the scene safely. But someone is or was following the police transport vehicle. To make sure he's charged with attempted vehicular homicide.

Backpack guy is a joke. His grimaces. LOL!

Duty to Retreat States - Missouri

On the other end of the legal spectrum, some states have laws imposing a duty to retreat. A duty to retreat generally means that you can't resort to deadly force in self-defense if you can safely avoid the risk of harm or death (by running away, for example). If that is not an option, say if you were cornered or pinned down and facing serious harm or death, then you would be authorized to use deadly force in self defense. The following states impose some form of duty to retreat before using deadly self defense:

Perhaps protestors need to know this before they start surrounding motorists in a threatening manner. What if this man had a gun?

I could be and obviously am wrong, but I thought Missouri got rid of the duty to retreat.

Just watched the video. Seems to me the cops arrested the right person. There's a number more they could arrest too. That didn't resemble a protest to me as much as hooligans acting it up. I'm assuming the bald white dude is the one that kicked at the window. Whoever that is definitely needs to be arrested.

NBC News-Sept. 3: "Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon lifted the state of emergency he put in place two weeks ago amid unrest in Ferguson following the police shooting of unarmed teen Michael Brown — a move that means he no longer has the option to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Aug. 9 killing."

So if another state of emergency is created by the professional activists and Nixon calls out the NG, they think he'll then replace McCulloch? Not unless he has a political death wish.

I don't think they arrested that guy at all. The driver of the CRV, I mean. I bet they got him out of there for his safety.

I think those protesters just got punked :giggle:

You're right about that. They thought they were taking a report for a hit and run of a protester when in reality I bet the cop was taking a report for the assault on the driver.

Excuse my ignorance, theres a lot of threads to read through ... and i know that i sound like a broken record...

But its alil disturbing how so many of you are so dismissive of the accounts of tiffany mitchell and piaget chrensaw

Why?

Their stories moreso corroborate with djs account

And actually none of the witnesses who have shared their stories publicly have corroborated with the ferguson pd account that mb pushed ow into the car, and tried to grab his gun from inside the car... the autospy could go either way

Also not one credible witness has stepped forward to attest that mb bull rushed ow as the ferguson pd would like us to believe. Maybe its fear of retailiation, but its hard to believe not one individual has stepped to the plate

The landscappers and another man also admitted mb moved towards ow but it was moreso a stumble which makes sense if mike had been hit, was winded

Most witnesses also attest to mb having his hands up before the last 4,5 fatal shots which is the universal sign of surrender

I cant see how anyone could argue ow was in fear of his or felt mb was a danger to others if these witnesses are to be believed

Its gonna be an uphill battle to convict ow because the law favors his profession but its far from an open and shut case

They do corroborate each other for the most part. Those that are dismissive tend to waiver between there stories are so inconsistent they must be lies to they are so consistent that Shahid must have coached them all. The reality is that no one of consequence is dismissing their testimony. Even if the GJ doesn't indict, I'd suggest they still wouldn't have been as dismissive.

OMG. On the live stream site, someone is following the cop car carrying the Honda driver -- to make sure that he's charged with attempted vehicular homicide.

I have completely lost whatever last tiny bit of sympathy I ever had for any complaints about the conditions in Ferguson.

LMAO
Sounds like the same guy who seemed to be running the camera, but also claimed he got run over.

The cop who was asking about how to watch the video they wanted him to see deserve a frigging gold medal for patience. Lol

I would have had my "WT_" thoughts written all over my face.

<modsnip> Honestly. For all the world to see. This kind of stuff puts race relations back 60 years. Honestly. This really ticks me off. My daughter is African American and this kind of behavior from the AA community only makes people with a propensity toward hate to hate even harder. I hope they take every single one of these people and haul them all of to jail. This is a mob. This cannot stand in a free society.

You do realize that the worst actor of the bunch was white, right?

Mustafa was following the convoy that was suposed to be taking the driver to the station. Then he lost them at a red light, and said, I am taking a shortcut, I will be right back. Stay here and wait for me, he said to the audience. And it has been 35 minutes already. Wonder what happened to him?

Here's what I don't get. There is ample video of all these people. I get that making a mass arrest on the scene would probably create more mayhem. It's pretty damn simple to figure out who everyone is if they're remotely local. Arrest them at 6 a.m. at their houses before anyone is even awake.

PIAGET SAID HE NEVER GOT HIS HANDS UP PAST MIDDLE OF HIS CHEST. She said that herself, and mimiced it for the camera. So how can you say she is credible when later on she said his hands were up?

Oh, that could be. I just took this right off the internet. If you can find something that is updated please do post it. Thanks
