On the subject of why people that frequently break the law hate/fear the police...

After a report from ArchCity Defenders was released stating that there are on average three warrants per household in Ferguson, citizens again took to the streets demanding reform.

As the crowd gathered outside of city hall, one of the protesters stated to the crowd, "Bench warrants affect our movement, they give us fear. The police hurt us and terrorize us”.

“Tensions are running high,” he said. “We’re taking it very seriously.”

Also on Tuesday, the city said a festival planned for this weekend would be postponed indefinitely due to safety concerns.

“This is just a very unsecure event,” Mr. Knowles said. “We want to make sure everybody is safe.”

On Thursday, Mr. Brown’s parents and civil rights leaders are planning a press conference in Washington to reiterate demands that the U.S. Justice Department take over the investigation into Mr. Brown’s killing and bring charges against Mr. Wilson.

Pretty out of control situation when local politicians have to have security due to death threats. I don't like seeing LE placating the protestors by blocking of streets so they can march. These protestors have been a drain on and threat to this community for too long. Saw a statement from Knowles who just had to indefinitely postpone streetfest due to security concerns, that they want to be "sensitive". Stop it. Enforce your laws. Don't let the few perpetually rageful hold the rest of the citizens hostage.
