I think their "landlord" will not be coddling them much longer and eviction notices will be hitting front doors in the near future. The neighbors in that complex do have a right of peaceful enjoyment of the premises and not to be disturbed by the thugs. The fools are not only creating a disturbance, they are helpfully posting photos of themselves and each other on the Internet.
