Dude, don't get out of your car!!

well, IMHO the protest site was on public property not his private property & that's why they were removed -- probably could move it onto the parking lot to be on their private property & not in the public easement (btwn parking lot & sidewalk)

Or maybe they could just move it to the middle of the road.

Last night chant, "Who owns this, we do!"

Does the law actually support the right of a group of people to spew threats and hatred as long as the group of people they are threatening are law enforcement, business owners, shoppers, drivers, etc. ?

I don't think so scmom.
Freedom of speech is one thing but this...... :dunno:

I tend to think that social media is going to contribute to some arrests, but of course I could be wrong.

World Wide Web is forever!!!

In my state if you don't physically have your registration with you, LE will check on their vehicle computer...you have 24 hours to prove you have one.

if you don't have a sticker that is valid on your license plate in MO, then you are subject to be pulled over & ticketed -- happened to me but my sticker was in my glove box & the officer placed it on my license plate when I was pulled over (didn't get a ticket)

Here too. But I think I had 7 days to bring it in. When I got pulled over, the ins. card in my glove had expired. So I got a 'fix it' ticket and had 7 days to take it to courthouse to get stamped.
