I had to turn the feed off. My blood pressure was going up listening to those screaming, yelling, don't-have-a-clue-about-anything people. I am going back to reading my fellow sleuther's posts only. That was too much.

Same here, chef. I don't like hatred. I don't carry it for any but the worst of humans. But I hate these people I just saw and heard. And I will also unapologetically despise anyone who tries to excuse them.

I am glad he was only shot in the arm. Sad that it needed to be stated he was AA.

But the protesters will consider him an "Uncle Tom" anyway, won't they? So much hatred.

This is a hopeless situation. It's over. This was just a matter of time. Congrats to Obama, Holder, Sharpton and all the other race baiters. Take it. It's yours. Every single law abiding citizen needs to just leave. Right now. Cops. Home owners. Business owners. Local politicians. Call it a day. Let them have it. It is officially over. They want lawlessness. They want to rule the streets. I say get out and let them at it. I give the town 3 months before it decends into fire and there is nothing left. Then, when the dust settles, the reasonable people may wish to step back in to take back over. But until then, who cares any more. It is not worth it. These people are not worth it. This community is not worth it.

I agree 1000%! This past week Obama gave an irresponsible speech at the UN where he conflated ISIS with Ferguson. In essence Obama was equating the Police in Ferguson with the barbaric ISIS terrorists who are beheading children in Iraq. It was disgusting for an American President to deliberately inflame the situation in Ferguson. Up until Obama's speech last week things had settled down. After the speech we saw things heating up considerably. What has happened tonight was inevitable. It only surprises me it did not happen sooner. Police have been taking gunfire every night for the last two months.

The blood of the officer who was shot tonight is on Obama's hand AND on the hands of Mike Brown's family who have done all they can to whip up protests.

Praying for the officer who was shot tonight.

IMO

I think we are coming to the tipping point where the band aid needs to come off. Police should start arresting intigators who are trying to circulate misinformation to rile up the crowds, people will get upset and some folks will get violent, but they police are operating in the face of unreasoning hatred. IF the shooting of the police officer is tied to this unrest over the MB incident then clearly the situation is escalating and its only a matter of time before we have some good old fashioned domestic terrorism. Nip it in the bud, every time the police give a inch, the protesters take a yard. Time to show them that the law can only be bent so far.
Actually that time was weeks ago (and this never would have happened), but better late than never I suppose.

REPORTS: #Ferguson police officer was African-American & was shot in the arm

Well, that will make things more interesting for those who want to make this about race.

Because they are about to see a bunch of white men demonstrate real brotherhood with their AA officer.

A helluva lot more than that officer got or will get from these ...:censored:

Captain Johnson is out there. The crowd is yelling at him "They're using you man"

Let me see if I have it right. You can punch a cop, fight over his weapon and now it's ok to shoot them and that's right? WTH? I have no more sympathy or patience for any of these protestors anymore.

On the flip side, these nice officers were helping the protestors when IAMDARRENWILSON guy was out so, that's different. LMAO! They all sniffen too much crazy.
