It's interesting that Parks is insisting DJ hasn't changed his story. He is conveniently not mentioning anything that proceeded the actual shooting. I saved this USA article outlining DJs 1st version of events, which contain a number of extreme details. A number of these things we know are not true, and I think the forensics are unlikely to support them either.

Chris Matthews on MSMBC just asked renown Harvard professor Charles Ogleetree how do you know MB had his hands up. Answer, I saw it on televsion many times since the start + one shot to the back of the head. Matthews looked shocked & said he wouldn't make up his mind untill all the evidence is in.

Shouldn't ad interviewer, on a major network, have at least read about the case, maybe have a few diagrams from the cororner, be able to show the guest that what he's heard from certain people may not be true??????
Do I expect too much?
But then again, I surprised he didn't just agree with him.
