Some comments on the witnesses and their videos...

Brady's is the earliest video, note the LE SUV next to the body when the video starts. Car parks diagonally to the east of Brown's body and that car is shown in that spot in the rest of the photos and videos. My guess is the SUV next to the body was the second responder, the two cops in Brady's video and Piaget's newer video are Wilson and the first responder.

Wilson was cleared from the sick call at 12:00:00. Disturbance call from shooting was time stamped 12:01:50. Wilson likely took one minute to get from Glenark to 2947 Canfield, a trip of a half mile. Thus, this incident took place over the course of 50 seconds or less from start to finish. First responder on scene after Wilson was at 12:02:22, I think that is the cop on foot in Brady's video. According to the event report from the document dump, the second responder arrived on scene at 12:10:29. If the SUV next to the body was the second responder at 12:10, then Brady's video is 8-9 minutes after the shooting, Piaget's videos are later than that, as is Black Canseco's.

So, Brady's video might be the earliest one, but I question why it took two witnesses who saw the tussle (note everyone seems to call it the same thing...maybe tussle is a uber common term in the black community) and the shooting to eight minutes to video the scene. I have no idea what they saw, but based on what I see out of the data available to us, I doubt any saw the shooting or the tussle. One more note...is that Tiffany Mitchell walking on the sidewalk talking on the phone in Brady's video? LOL

Note: You know the area where Black Canseco shot his video from. That's a driveway to more apartments, Dorian Johnson lives literally a football field from where Black Canseco was standing. Think Dorian and Piaget know each other by chance? In the least, think any of these witnesses overheard one another talking in the street afterwards?

BBM
WOW. In the course of 50 seconds or less from start to finish? Just wow. No wonder he looks so confused and shocked after the shooting. This whole tragedy happened in the blink of an eye. He sees 2 kids walking in the street, figures he is going to order them onto the sidewalk, and be done with it....Seconds later he is fighting over his weapon in a life and death struggle.

I am not considered to be a naive person. I have been shocked at the liberal use of that phrase during the live stream of the protestors in Ferguson.
That phrase was used when protestors were talking to each other or to news reporters

I was not shocked at that language during the protest because the protest contained everyday people from all walks of life and that word is used frequently in the now we live in. I was completely shocked to see that come from an elected official who SHOULD know how to express her displeasure with decorum befitting her office.

an indictment, then, is really a kind of written permission from the Grand Jury to the District Attorney to prosecute a person for a crime

AH lost link still trying to land from trauna thought this was interesting !.The grand jury plays an important role in the criminal process, but not one that involves a finding of guilt or punishment of a party. Instead, a prosecutor will work with a grand jury to decide whether to bring criminal charges or an indictment against a potential defendant -- usually reserved for serious felonies - See more at: http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-procedure/how-does-a-grand-jury-work.html#sthash.ejMWUmEp.dpuf

Watching both Michael Brady videos, to me he's saying 2 different things about the gunshots at the car. In the ACooper interview he talks about the 2 shots at the car window as if he did hear the shots. In the longer CNBC video he says he didn't hear any shots, himself before the fatal shots were fired. Hmm.

at about 4:50 in this MSNBC video he didn't hear any shots at the car because he was in his house and never heard shots http://www.msnbc.com/the-last-word/...fo-in-brown-shooting-320756803662#discussions

at about 6:30 in this CNN video he says he watched from his window and the officer shoots "a couple of times" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYqrAhpo_w4

When the video pans left, pretty far down the street. I can see the hat next to that vehicle. JMO

humm the compostion of grand jury is 7 white 5 black cnn

just another angle to incite if it does not go the way people thaink it should

Wow, you're good! Thank you!

I think that is Wilson's SUV next to the hat, the distance between the hat and Mike body is over 100 feet per the legend on Google maps.

One other thing...super bizarre coincidence...Google Maps 2947 Canfield Dr. Ferguson, Mo and hit street view. Click your screen and drag to right so you can look up Canfield. See the light standard on the left side? Click the street in a spot even with that light standard. Click and drag to the right to look in that parking lot. What do you see?

WHITE MONTE CARLO! Given the bizarre nature of this, I can only assume the owner of that car is Keyser Soze. :D

This is an excellent article. I wish I could quote more! but I won't because of you know who. ;)

"The subculture I’m referencing is the segment of the (black) community that does not conform to mainstream culture. Employment is not mandatory. Having a strong work ethic is optional. No real connectedness to the social, political or economic engines that the rest of the country subscribes to.
"In this subculture, graduating from high school is optional. Aspiring to go to college makes you an outcast. Crime and gun violence are accepted and expected.

"Brute force will not work. This subculture has flipped it: arrest me, I'll do a little time in jail and when I come home I'll be more popular. Getting shot is a badge of honor. It's a twisted subculture — what is right to do seems wrong, what is wrong to do, seems right.

Wasn't there one report where he repoted he hid by a car?

My apologies, but I forget which transcript it is from. I think it is the scribd.
DJ says there were three cars stopped because they could not get by the police car. He hid behind one. He also asked that people/person in the car if they would let him get in and drive him away. He said they wouldn't. (In the transcript he said "they", so I am assuming there was more than one person in the car.)
DJ also said he ran home because he feared for his life. At home, he threw up.

Grand Jury
'There are three black people on the grand jury, one man and two women. The rest of the jury comprises six white men and three white women. The demographics of the jury roughly coincide with the racial makeup of St. Louis County itself, which is 68 percent white and 24 percent black. But race has already played a major role in this case, as it has garnered international attention and sparked conversation about racial discrimination and inequality prompting demonstrators to protest nationwide.'

Yes, "race has already played a major role in this case." If MB had been white or the cop black, there would have been no national media firestorm.

I think the point is - since there is no video, none of us can make judgements about what did or did not happen, what may or may not have happened.

I have to say that I am very disappointed in that I keep reading posts which claim things (that went on between Wilson and MB) as facts, without giving any links for any kind of proof. Are some people privy to more information than others? If so, I would like to also see this information, whatever that is.

For example, many people stating as fact that MB reached into the vehicle and assaulted Wilson - is there any proof to back this up, or are people just claiming it's fact because of the radio caller who called in to tell Wilson's side of the story? So just because Officer Wilson or someone from his camp says it's true, that makes it true?

I am getting very confused by all of this. If it's not proveable fact, can posters please add JMO or something like that to their posts, so that we know what is fact and what is not? TIA.

You can't "stretch" your mind to believe he feared for his life yet he ended up dead anyway. Think about that for a minute.

IMO if MB had feared for his life, he would have avoided a confrontation with a cop. Think about that for a minute.
