Circumstances of Recovery Unknown bystander brought notice to a dead body in the woods. The authorities were called and IPD responded to the woods and located an unknown female. The decedent was in an advanced state of decomposition residing in what appeared to be a makeshift homeless shelter made of tarps and various materials.​
