Description:
Johnson was last seen in Kansas City, Missouri on April 3, 2017. Her last known whereabouts was at a group home in the 5800 block of Forest Avenue, where a social worker had dropped her off. She had contact with her family by phone that day, but has never been heard from since.
At the time of her disappearance, Johnson was homeless and was suffering from liver complications. It is believed she did not have her medication when she went missing.
On May 17, six weeks after she was last seen, a person known only as "Bernadette" contacted a social worker to say she had some of Johnson's belongings, but didn't leave any contact information. Foul play is not suspected in her case. Her whereabouts remain unknown.
