Authorities in Buckner, Mo. are asking for help to find a man last seen on Monday.
Jeremy Cooper, 36, was reported missing from his home. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers.
Family members say Cooper suffers from a medical condition and left home without his medication. They also say he did not take a coat, and they are concerned for his whereabouts.
He is approximately 5'9" tall, and weighs around 250 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and numerous tattoos.
