Moberly authorities issued an advisory for a missing 73-year-old man Friday.

John W. Mullaney, 73, was last seen on the morning of Aug. 22 at 220 Taylor St. in Moberly, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Endangered Silver Advisory.

Mullaney is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has white hair and blue eyes and was wearing a black ball cap, gray T-shirt, navy suspenders and sandals.

Mullaney has an artificial eye. He is schizophrenic and has macular degeneration. He was last seen walking east from his home and hasn't been seen since. Authorities say he missed his rent payment.

I hope so too, even though it's been a while since he's gone missing.. I can't find any news about him having been found and unfortunately I can't access Missouri State Highway Patrol to see if he's still listed there.
