The clothes he was found in raises a lot of questions for me. I assume he was without a shirt since there isn't one mentioned, and he has on a black short sock and a long white sock. Even if someone was in a hurry to be somewhere, it seems like it would be odd to throw together an outfit like that. Maybe he was homeless and didn't have clothing options? Just a thought.

I believe often times shelters may have bins of "clothes" to take from when left behind. Might be why two different socks.

Maybe LE can go to local homeless shelters and see if anyone can ID this man

Has anyone been able to find if they have publicly released the identity? I cannot get this man off my mind.

I have not been able to get this one off my mind either. I have searched and searched a d still no release of identity for this man. I did find out that the one tattoo CAWB means "Crazy White Boy" and is most know in the prison system. The other tattoo is supposed to be puff the magic dragon smoking a pipe.. And the other is R7. Don't
know of this helps. I did hear of a tattoo data base, which you guys probably are already aware (sorry I'm a newbie) I would really like to find out who this man was as I spent a lot of time trying to find hid identity back when he was first posted.. My heart went out to him and his loved ones. He kinda stuck with me. If I come across anything of relavance I will be sure to share!
