Here is one I did... if you blow them up you can see that they
both have what looks like a mole on their neck in the same spot.

I don't think Tasha could be Kara, did Kara have freckles?? and the noses are different, they do look very much alike tho JMO

They look incredibly alike!!!! Same haircut and coloring job in yours and the new photo of Miller... WOW

Good observation regarding the difference in the noses. That is the ONLY thing appearing to be "off"; otherwise, it's uncanny - if this isn't Kara, Tasha looks hauntingly like her: same mouth, same mole, same ears - Tasha's appear to be multiply pierced; Kara's were double-piereced - same eyes and eyebrows and shape of face. (Oh, as for freckles, those can become more or less prounounced depending upon the season.)

This is a totally great find. Hats off to WSers!

I did an inmate search and Tasha Miller's dob is listed as Dec. 1990.

Just wanted to update and let everyone know that the detective did call me
back. He asked me about Tasha Miller and so I gave him the link to WS… he
got on as he was talking to me and watched the video that BeanE posted
the other day. He was also interested in the picture of Tasha so I told him
where to find it.

Even if this is not Kara… at least they are still following up on tips!
He was very nice too!

ETA: He just called me back…. it’s not Kara.
Sorry for getting everyone’s hopes up…..
