A Mississippi trucker was arrested Tuesday in Florida for his alleged involvement in the death of a St. Joseph woman last weekend.

Kent Harris, 49, of Greenville, Miss., was arrested for an out-of-state hold Tuesday, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Department. The Broward County booking report listed involuntary manslaughter in connection with the case.

Kent Harris of Greenville, Miss., pleaded guilty Thursday to leaving the scene of an accident in Kecia King's death. He was sentenced to four years in prison.
