Thanks Grace, as a resident of Missouri (I live in a municipality that borders Chesterfield) I'm not sure why I didn't think to check Casenet. Also, thanks for the FB update.I found a Kevin A. Welde in Chesterfield in public records. Several civil monetary judgments in the last few years but no recent "red flags" IMO. The most recent was a garnishment for overpayment of unemployment benefits. https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/welcome.do

See Research Park to the left of Missouri Bluff's Park? I work at one of the businesses there. I also grew up in Manchester and Ellisville and have lived in Wildwood since 1992. So, I know this area very well if you have any geographical/location questions.Woods and water

The Cardinals played at the Nationals the evening of April 6 starting at 5:45 central. Maybe he was at Ballpark Village to watch the game. I'm curious who saw him at Boone's Crossing? And agree, why not state where his car was located/abandon?I find the information confusing. He was seen in the evening of 4/6 at Ballpark Village, but then he was last seen on 4/7 in the early morning near Boone’s crossing, so his vehicle was found abandoned where? There are flyers mentioning Bluffs Park
So if he was seen near Boone’s Crossing, that he was previously seen in <st Louis seems irrelevant to me as sequentially the last location and where his vehicle was found are more important.

Just looked at his LinkedIn. He works at the dealership we bought my wife's last car from. Talk about a small world. I've been "local" to cases on here before but, never this close and so many areas in common. This is his linkedin
If it is up to date, he works in Ellisville
Public records show a (previous) address in Grover, that he would have sold in 2019

I've never actually been in that park and I'm not sure how old the satellite images are that are on Google (I don't have Google Earth). But, I think that gravel lot is where the yellow arrow is. Unfortunately, street view doesn't go down that far.@STLBlues can you please help us see where exactly the « lower gravel lot at Katy trail access » is ?
I don't think so, the Kerr access (according to the map in your link) is in southwest Missouri and is on the James River, not the Missouri River. Is this possibly the parking lot referenced where the car was found - the kerr access is supposed to be for the Katy Trail? H. L. Kerr Access
Scratch there is street view of the Katy Trail in that area and I found the lower gravel lot using that.I've never actually been in that park and I'm not sure how old the satellite images are that are on Google (I don't have Google Earth). The flier says lower gravel lot near the Katy Trail access...the green arrow shows the Katy trail. The only other parking lot looking area in the park is midway between the main parking and the Katy trail but, it is paved according to street view.
