The Raymore Police Department has issued an endangered person advisory for a missing 57-year-old woman.

Raymore police said Leslie Fay Hardy was last seen at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at 1709 Cody Dr. Hardy is 5-feet, 8 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has gray hair and green eyes.
Police said Hardy has disappeared in the past and was found in Oklahoma. She has multiple medical and cognitive issues and does not have her medications with her.
