I am so happy Linda was finally found and that deranged husband of hers is off the streets! I hate to think what this poor woman went through.

I just went back to check it and the person's comment and pictures have been removed. Interesting, they were made 8 hrs ago and now suddenly removed.

Frustrating, but definitely not the first time I've seen it happen. Some entities moderate their Facebook comments and some don't (and some that do moderate lag a bit). All of a sudden, poof, they're gone.

More info about where body was found.
http://fox2now.com/2016/04/28/prosecutors-office-discloses-burial-site-of-missing-sunset-hills-woman/

The person whose comments were removed from KSDK's FB page said almost the exact same thing as the newscaster.
He said that he lives about a mile from the site. St Louis crime scene units had been in the area Tues and he knew who they had to be looking for. His FB page showed he lived in Success MO. He said that the son had come into town with posters last fall because his father deer hunted in the area.
So sad that they've suspected their father from day one.

http://www.people.com/article/missouri-man-charged-murder-of-estranged-wife-after-disappearance

On Tuesday, Linda's body was found in a shallow grave by authorities, who declined to comment to PEOPLE about how her body was discovered. On Wednesday, John McLaughlin, 58, was charged with second-degree murder, according to the St. Louis County Prosecutor's office. He is being held on a $2 million bail. He and his brother, Robert McLaughlin, 55, were both arrested Tuesday but no charges have been brought against Robert McLaughlin, Ed Magee, a spokesman for the prosecutor's office, tells PEOPLE.

"The investigation is still ongoing," Magee says. "It's always possible that someone else would be charged or it's also possible the charges could be upgraded."

Interesting coincidence? I guess that on casenet a divorce settlement conference was scheduled/rescheduled today. It's a little confusing.

The brother won't be listed on casenet until the Prosecuting Attorney determines the charges against him.

I knew it was the ?$@# husband. Greedy. I hope he spends the rest of his life in prison.

Ok, found out why his comments were taken down. Story on KSDK has video, pictures and comments from the person that posted them.

This really angers me! :tantrum: - I would think it's common sense that if authorities hadn't released that info that there was a good and strategic reason WHY! I sure hope this doesn't hurt the investigation or jeopardize the investigation and/or any other possible charges against anyone else.
The news station should've thought about it also. From now on when authorities don't want the info released for those purposes, they should warn the public that it could be considered "Interfering with an Investigation".

The brother was released without charges. Authorities do not believe he had involvement in the actual murder. They stated possibly "after the fact".
I imagine after the autopsy is complete and cause of death, etc. are determined then other things could go down. Maybe waiting for additional "electronic forensics" to be completed.
