She looks happy, healthy and well cared for in the pictures. Comparing this to the Aliayah Lunsford situation with no pictures more recent than Christmas- much different opinion of the home life.

THis child is a blonde hair blue eye girl. Illegal Adoption she would be considered to garner a high amount of money. Even if it is some sick pedophile this girl would be the ultimate take.

After seeing the parents I really do not think they are involved at all. Someone targeted this child, saw them and followed them, staked out the home, was laying in wait. Maybe in the woods watching.

Can't see their house from anywhere in the woods. The woods are really close, but the way the terrain of the neighborhood is, not visible from each other. You could see a few houses down if they follow a little ravine up the back of the yards just to the south of their house, but not theirs.

It's a good idea they're going nationwide. Thinking in generalities, people who aren't the parents or grandparents of a baby (and aren't the boyfriend of the mother or some other jealousy entanglement) tend to do it either to raise a child or to try to market the baby to other hopeful parents.

I can't think of a case (there must be some, I just don't know any) where babies were the victim of choice for a sexual predator kidnapper.

Working against finding her is the fact that she's completely unremarkable looking. She just looks like a plain ol' baby, could be male or female, no obvious features that are memorable.

Prayers they find her. It's looking dimmer.

I agree. People should definitley be on the look out for a blonde hair blue eyed boy. Also, although 30 lbs is possible (my son looked like the Michellin Tires man at 10 months) I think LE should emphasize her size in that she may not "appear" to be only 10 months. I wish they would give more details besides just her appearance. For example is she crawling, walking, does she have any teeth, birthmarks...etc.

This is just as the neighbors have seen her. Healthy and happy! No obvious red flags at all. All of the kids appeared this way.

She has two bottom teeth and what they are calling a beauty mark on her right, outter thigh. They have repeated this a million times on the local news, so it stuck in my head. I, too, wish they would say if she's crawling, walking, etc.

That's the weird thing! My neighbors and I were just discussing last night that up until yesterday we knew which house virtually every car driving up our road was associated with. Almost all of the traffic here, belongs here. Sure, there is an exception here and there, but not often. We don't have sidewalks here, but it doesn't stop us from getting out and about, especially lately when it has been perfect weather. This case is just soooo odd.

Have they checked the hotels nearby? SOmehow I keep going back to the sighting of the man holding a baby. If he was walking, then he must not have had a car. Any motels nearby?

She's standing, there are pics of her standing.

I do wish they'd get a more accurate size for her, if she's really 30 lbs, i think they should tell the public that this would be a very large 10 month old and may appear to be much older. I also agree it wouldn't be hard to make her look like a boy.

I wish they would mention this also. I know she is at least standing, as I have seen it myself. She could have been holding on to something, but she was standing very steady. I have only seen her from the street and her near their front stoop as we walk and/or drive past their house almost daily.
