Thanks for your reply. Know I'm curious what these "gaps" are. Are they major gaps in Debbie's story that don't fit the evidence? Or are they minor issue's that LE used to rattle her to get information out?

It's not been said that I can find (and, believe me when I say, I feel like I've been run through a printing press lol).

Debbie said that they questioned her over and over a lot of different ways and if she answered differently in small ways it was noted. So, yeah, she claims that LE used ways to rattle her.

Have we heard anything about verifying the Dad was actually at work? I'm sure it's something LE checked out, but they need a witness who saw him at work when he claimed he was there.

I thought about this too. Was he the only electrician working that night at that location? How far was the job from his house? Did he say anything about having to go out to his truck to make a phone call, or having to go to a 24 hour store to get some supplies or anything???

I wondered if the reason that we haven't seen a description of the gentleman who was seen on the street with a baby is that the gentleman's description could match that of the father.

I'm not convinced they are responsible for this. Not by a long shot. I guess I just have a lot of questions that I want answers to.

Ok Guys, all the resources one needs to justify information is on Shelby's timeline. Sometimes you have to click on the resource but it's there. There's a reference there to the vehicles...A video and article where the police search the van and car.Shelby actually says Police search car and van then lists the reference.

As for me, my theories and opinions I'm going to take them and me off to bed...I cannot do anything for Lisa but pray and take comfort in the fact that if she's not on earth she's in Heaven playing with our other lost ones and the angels.

Nite all...:offtobed:

With the blackened windows my guess is yes Luminol was used to search the bedroom. Perhaps they found something. I don't know, the way I'm always stubbing my toe and cutting my fingers doing gardening and whatever I bet my house would glow blue and I shampoo my carpets often.

I'm still on the fence but somethings just don't add up in this story and this little tiff and backbiting with LE has me bothered.

It was reported by the AP today that all of the people whose names were given by the parents as possible suspects have been checked out and cleared, and one would think that any angry/disgruntled exes, etc were on the list...in fact they gave up to a dozen, last we heard, so that should cover any strange relatives as well, IMO.
Here's the link. I'm still dubious LE has had sufficient time to clear thoroughly over a dozen people though.

"The main problem I think that we're facing is that everybody (else) has an alibi," Irwin said. "I was at work. I've been cleared. All these other people we were worried about ... the FBI said they've been cleared. The only one you can't clear is the mother that's at home when it happens 'cause there's nobody else there."

..but we have heard that they will only deal with Fox locally...

http://www.fox4kc.com/videobeta/?watchId=8e0a42aa-a161-45d0-b274-bca53ec58ee3

Fox4 Kansas City reporter Rob Low: " Phil this was an exclusive interview, the couple gave, we were the only media in Kansas City to speak with parents just moments ago..”

..and when they arrived at the hotel to meet judge jeanineP to tape her show-----everyone not affiliated with Fox, was asked to leave.

.."nurse Beeme" heard it "live", it's since been edited, but is at the end of the video above..

THAT ^^^^^ is what I was referring to earlier.

Or they had a scanner and were listening to the baby monitor. Wonder how many baby monitors they have and what rooms they are used or stored in.

Thanks for this Dr. F. If someone was able to listen in on the monitors, could they hear the mother's end too? Wait for the mom to be snoring away and make their move?

A child's accidental death staged to look like a kidnapping? Were have I heard that before? If LE did not talk to those boys they dropped the ball big time.

The boys are minors and as such the parents can stop LE from speaking with them if they so choose. Don't know if LE has talked to them or not but it's not automatic. In Gail Palmgren's case it has been 4 months and they have not been able to interview the children yet because the father would not permit it.

I don't think we know that anyone is getting paid by media, do we? Is this an assumption due to word "exclusive"?

I can only speak for myself, but yes, based on the history of media and exclusives, I'm making the stretch.

LE must have picked up something while they were at the house or from the beginning to question her like that, never the less they always look at the family first.A person that has nothing to worry about does not stress out like that, unless they know it is hitting close to home.I know LE can be tough in their line of investigation. If you have did nothing wrong, why turn your back on the people that can help you the most. The media can't get warrants.LE is looking out for Lisa and that's their job.

Legitimate news outlets do not pay for any information and/or interviews. Can't prove they never have, but it's unethical. Tabloids, however, are different.

It was on AP like 7 hours ago...gone now of course...but I think the dad also said that they were able to verify the alibis of all of those people and he included himself, and said that only his wife's could not be verified. That should be here somewhere :(
Found it (finally!). See above @ post #338.

At this point, if this is indeed the work of an outsider, it is the strangest one I've heard of, with the details of the lights and phones and doors and windows and first night alone, etc. etc. But I will wait and see and hope that someday, we know the answer. I've pretty much lost my naive assumption of a year or more ago, thinking we would have answers in these cases.

The thing is, it's not up to Lisa's family to solve this, in order to clear them. LE doesn't have the right to say okay, well, if it's not YOU, who is it?

It's not on them to provide the perp.

How would someone watching the house be able to see if a door had been locked from the inside? If this were the dad's first night ever working the late shift, how would some 'weird neighbor' know that? If dad left at 9, as far as anyone knew, he could have been running to the store...or making a quick run to see a parent...or stopping by a work site to consulted for an hour or so. If this was dad's first time working a night shift, a random 'weird neighbor' would not know that dad was at work and would be away for hours. Imo.

I'm thinking that it was not luminol because if it was, why would they cover it? I've never seen luminol covered. Also, I know that luminol is used in cases where LE fears that blood might be, but there doesn't seem to be any indication that there would be blood on the window, windowsill, or window frame. Maybe that's just me though. I think more likely fingerprint dust or to keep looky-loos from peering into the baby's room.

This kind of concerns me. Looking at the court files, JI has a couple of small claims judgments against him that have no satisfaction date on them. One of them appears to be 2010 property taxes. I think it's safe to say if the 2010 taxes are not paid, neither are the 2011 taxes. The other one is not really worth mentioning.

2011 property taxes would be paid in 2012, probably. You usually pay for the previous year's taxes in the current year.
